Called in the evening around 7pm and they were at my house within an hour, and had my garage door overhauled by 10pm. Tim the technician was very professional, easy to talk to, and explained things very well. We are pleased that we now have a working, and a much quieter garage door. Thank you

Thanks, Chris for coming out on a Sunday to complete are repairs to our garage door. We came home after going to the grocery store that day to find that a spring broke on our garage door. We were happy to know that Chris could come to our home that day (about 3 hrs after we had called)! Thank you again for being on time and efficient. Sincerely, Tom and Dee

We love the belt drive system on the new garage doors openers. The door operation is so quiet. We highly recommend Chris. The entire process from the initial sale to the install service was impressive. The service was excellent!

We needed to replace a garage door and recalling seeing your vans, gave you a call. The response was prompt and Brian came out to do an assessment. The door was too old to repair so we decided to replace it. Everything went well. The only minor issue was having to wait four weeks until the door arrived. Brian installed it on a Saturday. Everything worked well and the door and installation looked good. We had a minor issue after a week. The door was hanging up on something and would not close. Someone came out the same day we called you to report the problem and fixed it.

I called late Wednesday afternoon and was told my door (which I could not get open) would be serviced the next morning. Sure enough, the technician called me around 8 AM and was there by 8:30. The door was fixed (rollers, springs, cables and a much needed door brace) that same day. I was never able to open my double door by hand but now that George fixed it I can lift the door without effort if I need to. A great job done well and when they said they'd do it.

Although I was disappointed in the hidden $10 fuel surcharge, the work done by Brian and his assistant was perfect. Brian explained everything to me before he started and was kind and considerate throughout the job. I will definitely use Precision again.

service was excellent and thorough. Besides completing the necessary repairs the service technician suggested replacing the rollers with the Teflon type to improve the doors performance which I appreciated. Your yellow page advertisement states 24 hour emergency service(which I luckily didn't need) but the girl who took the call said that only applied to telephone answering. If I would have needed emergency service. I would have had to look further.

I chose you because the person that installed my garage door no longer sdoes them. I looked in the yellow pages and on the BBB and saw you had a good rating as well as a coupon. I was hoping you could come out the same day, but that didn't happen. I didn't like them trying to push so many other things, but I know that is how business works. I would have them come back if I need further work done.
