I've been with Precision for more than 10 years. I have a great family at home, with a wonderful wife and 8 kids. With whatever free time I have I enjoy being in nature. I love to fish, kayak, and do anything that puts me close to wildlife. My family attends a local church, where my wife and I volunteer on a regular basis.

This was the second time you serviced our garage door and, once again, we were very pleased. You were able to send a technician the day we called and he arrived at the early end of the time frame you promised which worked out great for us. The work that needed to be done this time was under warranty so we didn't have to pay a cent for the service call which made our day! The technician was very professional and thorough in determining the problem. We would recommend you and certainly call you in the future should we have issues.

Tim arrived during the promised time frame. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the proper springs on his truck, and went to work replacing the spring. He took extra time to verify the door was working correctly and gave a little TLC to my other door which was not broke but needed some oil to quiet a squeak. His service was perfect and timely.
