The technician who came to service both of my garage doors was very polite and professional. He walked through all the issues that needed to be fixed and or replaced with me followed by the quote to fix. Disappointed at the overall cost to repair spring and cables which I thought as on the high side. There was also a pile of debris left on the garage floor that I cleaned up after he left. Service was excellent but cost factor was not so good.

I called to have a broken spring repaired. It was very easy to schedule a convenient appointment time. The technicians that arrived were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain what was broken and what they replaced and fixed. They were also very helpful in explaining future recommended maintenance. I would absolutely recommend using Precision for garage door maintenance and repair, and I will be calling them next time I have an issue. I was extremely impressed with the work performed!

the repair men came at the time selected--on that very day--in the night and stayed almost 2 hours working on the garage. Highly professional men and very courteous. They explained everything that needed to be done. It cost a bit, but was worth the quick response and good work.

I originally called Precision Garage Doors becaue I had a coupon. I have to say regardless of any coupon the service was excellent. I had contacted another company and they never showed up for the appointment! They didn't even call to say they couldn't make it....but the Precision technician called before coming, he did only what was necessary and didn't recommend a bunch of repairs I didn't need. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I don't do reviews often but this company's service is outstanding!

Tim (I don't know the last name)gave excellent service! He was kind, knowledgeable, reviewed what he was doing with me before he did it, was respectful of me and my property and went above beyond. The time given to me was same day between 4 and 6 PM and he called at 2:30 PM and ask if he could come over now. I would call again for service and request Tim as his service was second to none.
