I love to fish, kayak, and do anything that puts me close to wildlife. My family attends a local church, where my wife and I volunteer on a regular basis.

My garage door spring cracked and garage door would not work, I referred to Precision because of reading about it on coupon in Clipper then went on line and called, response was quick and repaired that evening just a few hrs. after my call, service was EXCELLENT and quick now sounds like I have a new door even though spring and bearings replaced!

I was very pleased with your company from the initial phone contact to the finished repair. The person who scheduled my repair was pleasant and courteous. My repair person, Tim, arrived on time and quickly assessed my problem and informed me of what was needed to fix it. I was a bit surprised at the cost, more than I expected of course, but Tim took the time to explain the details of what needed to be done. Your lifetime warranty and Tim's explanation made the cost less shocking. Our other garage door will likely need work in the near future and I will definitely call on your company again.

He told me what was going on with my openers gave me choices as to how and what could be done and explained how it would be done and how long and what price it would be for each scenario as to how it could be fixed . Tim Kronenberger was our technician and he was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, honest, polite,and took the time to explain the problem(s) to us. Very pleased with the service. I've used Precision before at my previous house and called them again for my new house. Technician called to confirm and stated when he would arrive at my home. Technician listened to my concerns, checked the door, and determined the best course of action. He told me how long the repair would take, got my approval and completed the job as stated. I will use Precision again and will recommend the company.
