Tim was right on time told me what he thought would solve the problem for the long term. I was told it would take about two hours, and after two hours he ask me to come down to the garage and look at what was done.Everything worked well,all was neat and clean and he was gone. I have a lifetime guarantee on the work that was done and am very satisfied. My neighbor recommended them because he had a new garage door installed, and his neighbor also had them install a new door

Very pleased with the service. I've used Precision before at my previous house and called them again for my new house. Technician called to confirm and stated when he would arrive at my home. Technician listened to my concerns, checked the door, and determined the best course of action. He told me how long the repair would take, got my approval and completed the job as stated. My garage door spring cracked and garage door would not work, I referred to Precision because of reading about it on coupon in Clipper then went on line and called, response was quick and repaired that evening just a few hrs. after my call, service was EXCELLENT and quick now sounds like I have a new door even though spring and bearings replaced!

The garage opener malfunctioned at 6pm after a black out. I was able to call and talk to a human (much appreciated) and get a technician to come at 10:30pm. The responding technician Tim happened to be the one who installed it 2 years ago and was professional, efficient and pleasant. We have always appreciated Precision Service since they installed our garage door opener on the same day we made the request. They are easy to contact, are always available, courteous and have always worked with our non-conventional hours.
