I was very pleased with your company from the initial phone contact to the finished repair. The person who scheduled my repair was pleasant and courteous. My repair person, Tim, arrived on time and quickly assessed my problem and informed me of what was needed to fix it. I was a bit surprised at the cost, more than I expected of course, but Tim took the time to explain the details of what needed to be done. Your lifetime warranty and Tim's explanation made the cost less shocking. Our other garage door will likely need work in the near future and I will definitely call on your company again.

Such a pleasure. Tim was here on time . He told me what was going on with my openers gave me choices as to how and what could be done and explained how it would be done and how long and what price it would be for each scenario as to how it could be fixed . Hi Dan, Your technician, Tim Kronenberger, did a great job in doing what I asked of him. I liked the 90 day warranty, that is a fair amount of time if something is to go wrong that might go wrong. In the event I need further servicing performed, I will surely call Precision. My only negative is the cost of the rollers, I felt that was a little steep, but the work and sound so much more quieter than what I had.
