I particularly liked the background checked employees Tim initially reviewed all options, taking as much time as I needed and Michael meticulously replaced the doors. When I had questions between the time that the order was placed and the doors were installed, I received calls back the same day. Hi Dan, Your technician, Tim Kronenberger, did a great job in doing what I asked of him. I liked the 90 day warranty, that is a fair amount of time if something is to go wrong that might go wrong. In the event I need further servicing performed, I will surely call Precision. My only negative is the cost of the rollers, I felt that was a little steep, but the work and sound so much more quieter than what I had.
