Great service! The service technician Tim Kronenberger was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I had my new garage door opener installed in about 2 hours. He explained all the features and showed me how to program the keypad. I'm very pleased with everything.

So unexpectedly the garage door slammed as I pushed the button to close the door, wasn't sure what was happening. Then I saw the broken cable. A friend told me of Precision immediately and I remember seeing the commercials. The service was easy to schedule online and Tim Kronenberger called to say he was on his way---actually earlier than expected which was great. He was friendly and efficient and surveyed and addressed the necessary repairs needed. We decided on new cables and springs on both sides of the door. The repair was done quickly and all works great. I was glad I used Precision.

Called Precision Garage Door to service my garage door which I had a problem with when trying to close the door. I had called a competitor previously and they told me that the sensor on the door was bad and that it would cost 125 to replace. Timothy from Precision said he would check a couple of things first and if that didn’t correct the problem, It may require something more complicated. He tightened the chain and adjusted the sensor and fixed the problem in minutes. All covered in the service fee of 65. Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians and overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I highly recommend this company!

My technician Tim, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had my door fixed within about a half hour. The service visit and parts were under warranty, so the visit cost me nothing. I have only had four visits from Precision over the past 25 years. The first two were to replace the original manufacturer hardware for one door, then the other. The other two visits were warranty calls over 20 years. I do not see the Precision techs that often, but when I do, they are friendly, thorough, and eager to educate me about the service they are performing.
