Loved the service we received! Called at 7:30 Tim arrived @ 9:00. Replaced our broken door opener with a much better one and was gone before 10:00! Tim was great, very knowledgeable and professional. Will never call anyone but Precision for our garage door needs!

We have counted on Precision for many years and three different houses that we’ve lived in and they were top notch. This time the call came to them because our daughter bought a house that has an electric garage door but no opener from the sellers appeared. Timothy Kronenberger called with his ETA to say he was on the way and the appointment went very well. Her daughter got a new opener that works with her new house garage door Liftmaster. Tim was very thorough in determining that the sensors were out of alignment and suggested that replacing the rollers would be beneficial. The door is much more quiet when operated and don't hit the sensors anymore. I am very pleased with the work done and will recommend your company. I am considering further work being done.

Precision Door was incredible to work with. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. In typical Pittsburgh fashion, we received heavy snowfall and the roads weren’t great. The service technician called me first thing in the morning to let me know they were on a delay and gave me an updated window. The communication was fantastic. I received a text with my technician’s photo and a brief bio - loved that!! The technician arrived within the window, was very professional and quickly repaired my opener. He followed CDC guidance and took all appropriate COVID measures. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

My original quote for a new opener was $450 installed plus a $75 service fee. What's that, I asked. After some discussion, the woman said she would waive the fee! They arrived as promised and my first quote was $1,200 which included all new springs etc. I said goodbye.

We had to have a garage door overhaul, multiple broken parts & all this during Covid! There were unavoidable delays due to parts being back ordered but Precision worked with one of their customers that only had a leaking window on their garage panel &’was willing to let us have their panel that came in before ours! We were so thankful for this because we couldn’t open our garage @ all. Our fixed door & new springs & rollers work beautifully & glide so quietly now. We’re very happy!
