I've been with Precision for more than 10 years. I have a great family at home, with a wonderful wife and 8 kids. With whatever free time I have I enjoy being in nature. I love to fish, kayak, and do anything that puts me close to wildlife. My family attends a local church, where my wife and I volunteer on a regular basis.

The cable and spring system on our garage door broke late on Sunday evening. I called and the receptionist was very nice and able to get me an appointment on Monday morning which was great! I received a phone call from Tim when he was on his way. Once Tim got here, he was beyond helpful in explaining my options to fix the issue and answered all questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommended working with Precision for any garage door needs you may have!

Found your add in Clipper Magazine. My garage door was opening when I was not at home. Tim came out and took care of the issue. I could not have asked for a better technician to have come over. He was professional and a pleasant person to deal with. He took the time to explain to me what he felt the problem was and what he suggested it would take to fix it. Whenever I have had garage door issues Precision Garage Door has come to the rescue. They often come the same day of my call or the next day. All issues have been have been resolved on the day of service. Came on same day I called. Received service for garage door that was noisy and needed a support brace added. Tim was very knowledgeable, explained what was needed and answered any questions I had. He called in advance and arrived ahead of time. Will use Precision for any future garage door needs.

Dan my technician was friendly and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions and explained the problem I was having with my current garage door opener. He gave me 2 options for service. My original garage door opener was 24 years old so I opted for a new opener. I was surprised when he told me he had everything in his truck to install a new opener. The entire process took less than an hour and he explained how to use the new opener and the accessories. He also replaced the springs. He also took the old opener and all the debris for disposal. I highly recommend Precision for your grage door service!!

The car remote stopped working. The pad near the garage was a maybe if you hit the code just. With winter coming I really needed the remote. Getting in and out of the car in rain or snow to get the garage was a problem. I had Precision Door Service before and they )Timothy Kronenberger did a fantastic job. So I asked for Tim again. And he came. Fixed the remote and the pad on the garage. He then did over all check up on the springs he had repaired in 2022. Once he was finished, he declared I was winter ready. You can be sure that I will call Precision Door Service for new doors when I am ready to replace them. A very friendly company. Thank you.

I chose Precision Garage Door due to their high ratings for customer service, professionalism, quality of products they install as well as the knowledgeable technicians who represent this company. To date, Precision has very much lived up to the many positive ratings available to all on the world-wide web. I haven't had any issues with the door initially purchased; I upgraded per my preference and only placed one service call to replace the bottom seal, which scheduling the appointment was very easy, I actually called on a Saturday late day (fully expecting to have to await a call back by someone overseas), and to my surprise, I was connected to a live person (in the USA) who correctly documented the reason for my outreach and she was able to schedule the requested service with the same technician Timothy "K." who originally installed and upgraded my garage door. Timothy was a little bit early, which was great, I received a text and e-mail message advising that he was on his way which also provided an estimated arrival time - he was here right at the identified time. I am most satisfied with Precision Garage Door, and I highly recommend this company to all looking for a reputable, customer-focused organization. Thank you.

Wanted a checkup on garage door. Paperwork from previous owner indicated door was about 10 yrs old. Timothy let me know 10 minutes before arrival. Prompt and friendly. He inspected the door and suggested three options to keep it running smooth. I never felt any pressure. Which usually happens when service people deal with a woman. After deciding what to get done today, Timothy went to work. Took very little time and cleaned up any debris. My garage door sounds much better. I will use Precision Doors for future needs.

Our garage door would not open when pulled on. Tim was able to get it to open and thought it was due to the cold and freezing weather. It is a double car garage with a wooden door and very heavy. Precision had installed the new springs for the door in 2017 and we were very happy with the service then and also this time. Tim was very helpful. Thank you.
