I've been with Precision for more than 10 years. I have a great family at home, with a wonderful wife and 8 kids. With whatever free time I have I enjoy being in nature. I love to fish, kayak, and do anything that puts me close to wildlife. My family attends a local church, where my wife and I volunteer on a regular basis.

I am very please with the work Tim did on the garage door. He inspected all the springs and other item and answered all my questions on what was needed he went right to work. I was concerned as the sky had turned very dark and looked as if we were going to get major lighting, thunder and rain. I told Tim that the storm came, I wanted him to get in the garage, close the door and come upstairs till the storm passed. He finished the job before and then went over the work. It all looked great! Tim was a delight and knew his business. I am saving for a new door and I hope Tim does it when the time comes. Good man. Hard worker. Give this man a raise! Thank you.

The only way into our garage was through a small horizontal window in the back. But serviceman Tim handled it with no problem! He called before he arrived, after conducting his assessment, and again after he was finished. He explained our options and replaced the opener, spings, cables, etc. in less than two hours. As a parent of a very ill child, having a company that was willing to do this contactless during the pandemic without any complaints or belittling our concerns was wonderful. THANK YOU!!!

Just when we were getting ready to put our home on the market, one of the garage doors wouldn't open--and my car was inside. It was easy to see the problem, but I wasn't sure how we would get it fixed or how soon that could happen. I called Precision and was able to get the door repaired that day. The technician, Timothy K., fixed the door, programmed openers so that they could open either door, and was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Precision was recommended to us by two neighbors who had used your services. While no one was available to make a house call on Wed. Nov. 24, we were pleased to know that we could have service by noon on Friday. The technician, Tim Kronenberger, called to say he was early (nice surprise)and asked if he could come to our house in 15 minutes. When he arrived, he was very polite and went right to work assessing our problem. He gave us the options for repair clearly and thoroughly and once we decided to go ahead and have a complete overhaul of the door, he completed the job promptly. He gave me a detailed estimate. When I mentioned I would call to set up an appointment to have it done, he said he actually could do right then.
