Placed call on a Sunday night, had an appointment for Monday, they showed up early and had materials available to do the job. Efficient and professional! I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called at noon and they were at my house by 4:15. It took about 45 min to an hour and he was out. They had to change both springs, I guess thats normal, so hopefully I won't have this problem again.

Less than 1/2 hour from the time that we placed the service call, Tim Kronenberger was on-site, assessed the situation and provided a detailed quote for the cost of the required repairs. The repair work (installation of new springs, cables, safety cables, cast iron pulleys, and rollers, etc.) was completed within the hour and our garage door was purring once again. We have been long-time customers and are very pleased with the Precision Door Service's quality of service, professionalism and responsiveness. I called Precision due to one of my garage spring did bust, the previous company that installed the springs was unable to be reached .I was able to reach a live person by phone on Saturday and schedule the work to be taken care of the same day . The door tech called and was able to come early to service the door. very professional detail on the work that needed done and finished up within an hour. I was very pleased with workmanship and would call them first the next time I need service. I would give them 5 star rating.
