Marcus was great! He repaired our door and now it works so well. Also, installed receiver and remote combo on our very old but good opener. We are so excited with it! Haven't had a remote for a long time. Very pleased with your company and the technician who helped us. I will be calling you when we need help again. Thank you!

Outrageous prices to replace door springs. To get the lifetime guarantee it was almost 900 dollars. Cheapest repair was very close to 400. Buyer beware they will not quote prices over phone.
Sir, We're sorry you are disatisfied with pricing, our spring repair is $368 to have two springs and two drive cables replaced. Springs were $264, but drive cables needed replaced as well. Also, $624 was the quote for lifetime warranty not $900.

Ben was a great technician. Very polite and professional. He did great work and my door works better than it has in years. He came out within a couple hours of my phone call, and repaired a spring system that had been previously installed and because of the warranty it cost me zero...wife is happy so am happy!
