I am thoroughly impressed with the quick and courteous service that I received from Precision. I got an appointment with a technician the same day I called and was given a 2 hour window which was very convenient. The technician (Aaron) did an EXCELLENT job and was able to completely redo all the hardware on my door in about an hour. My door works like new and I still can't get over how quiet it is now. Great job - would definitely recommend Aaron and Precision to anyone.

Thank you Precision for sending technician Marcus Martin to my house.He went to work immediately and explained everything in detail to me.Marcus installed new rollers and provided me with a new door opener.He also gave me a military discount after I showed him my military I.D. and he noticed my military license plate .A true gentleman.In the near future I will need a new garage motor. I will make sure that precision does the work along with Marcus Martin.

Tim did a GREAT job installing my new garage door opener and the belt drive is so quiet you cannot hear the door go up or down at all. The lifetime warranty on the belt & motor is a big plus also. I also appreciate they appointment time frame you use, which makes it very easy to get something done without missing a lot of work myself.

Chuck Hummel installed a new garage door in my home in very cold temperatures. He never complained and was very neat and professional during the installation. He also disposed of the old door. I could not have asked for a better installation. The new metal patterned door replaced an old cracked wooden door. The new door is beautiful and operates perfectly.
