Everything was perfect and exactly as planned. We love our new door and opener. Can't believe how quiet it is during operation. The insulated door and obscure glass seems to have cooled my garage considerably. Great job, thanks!!

We recently moved to Chippewa, which is in Beaver Falls, PA. We had an issue soon after moving with our garage door and were advised to call Precision. A tech, Keith, came out the same day, was extemely kind, courteous, and knowledgable and took care of the problem quickly. Precision has great employees and are a pleasure to have at your home.

I chose Precision when our garage door spring broke because their Yellow Pages ad said "Same Day Service". Steve came out and did the repair and gave me an estimate on a new door and opener. I called Precision to upgrade my door, to reschedule my service, and to add on a battery back-up. Each time I called the Rep was very helpful. George came out and installed the door and opener. Especially in this day and age of horrible customer service I want to let all involved that I give Precision and it's employees an A+. I highly recommend them.
Thank you Steve! We appreciate your review and thank you for choosing Precision! Happy Independence Day!

Aaron was very professional and really knew his stuff. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Aaron programmed new remotes, walked me through programming the remote into my car and changing the PIN on the pad. He made some suggestions on prolonging the doors' lives. When we feel it's time to do that, we will definitely call Precision again.
Thanks Robyn! We appreciate you choosing Precision for your garage door needs! Happy 4th!

I've used Precision three times in the past couple of years with a good experience each time. They answer their phones and schedule the repair promptly. The guy shows up when he says he will, and each technician who has come out was knowledgeable and helped me understand what was wrong, why it went wrong, and how it would be fixed. The price is reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
Thanks Gail! We appreicate you choosing Precision! :)
