I chose Precision when our garage door spring broke because their Yellow Pages ad said "Same Day Service". Steve came out and did the repair and gave me an estimate on a new door and opener. I called Precision to upgrade my door, to reschedule my service, and to add on a battery back-up. Each time I called the Rep was very helpful. George came out and installed the door and opener. Especially in this day and age of horrible customer service I want to let all involved that I give Precision and it's employees an A+. I highly recommend them.

Aaron was very professional and really knew his stuff. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Aaron programmed new remotes, walked me through programming the remote into my car and changing the PIN on the pad. He made some suggestions on prolonging the doors' lives. When we feel it's time to do that, we will definitely call Precision again.

Outrageous prices to replace door springs. To get the lifetime guarantee it was almost 900 dollars. Cheapest repair was very close to 400. Buyer beware they will not quote prices over phone.
Sir, We're sorry you are disatisfied with pricing, our spring repair is $368 to have two springs and two drive cables replaced. Springs were $264, but drive cables needed replaced as well. Also, $624 was the quote for lifetime warranty not $900.
