Marcus phoned and said he would be late getting to us. He arrived later than the 2 - 4 stated by the customer rep. Marcus explained what was covered by the call out then went ahead and adjusted and lubricated both doors. Checked them over before leaving. Great job.

Service person on time as scheduled and called to advise arrival. He was professional and suggested additional replacements, to which I agreed. When I took the time to read the individual costs, I was taken back by the cost of the two cables at $120 - seemed to be way out of line for what they are. In addition, aside from a small kink in one of the two original cables, they most probably did not need replaced. I did choose to replace the rollers, which may not have needed replaced either, but while he was here and the age of the door, it was the correct decision. Over all, satisfied and would recommend.

I had 2 broken garage door springs and an opener issue. Al Holst came out in the evening and fixed everything that night. He was very professional and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Everything was fixed right the first time and my garage door is much quieter than ever. I would recommend Al for all your garage door repairs.

Work was done okay, I could do work myself but needed it done in 3 days. Technician passed by house, don't the vans have GPS? Torsion spring was triple the price of online springs. The original spring lasted 25 years, cycle time is a sales gimmick. $700 for a lifetime guarantee? I see why they don't quote spring prices over the phone.

They did an excellent job. We purchased 2 doors and 2 door openers. The installers called before coming and went right to work when they got here. Took them about 4 - 4 1/2 hours to do the job. When they were done they came and got me to explain everything about they keypads and remotes.. I would recommend them to anyone who was needing garage doors ... Thank You !!

I called Precision after another garage door company told me that they could not repair my door until after the Memorial Day holiday. I had a broken torsion spring that broke. Precision came out on Sunday evening to do the repair. George was excellent! He made sure that the door was balanced, even changing the spring that he had just installed. I Will reccomend Precision garage door to everyone. Thanks for a job well done!

It's really unbelievable how much was charged for a very simple spring repair. It looks like the job was done correctly, although I now have to re-adjust the openers to get correct travel from the doors. If the technician had spent as much time on the actual work as he did on trying to sell me everything that I really didn't need, my portion of the job (opener adjustment) may have been eliminated. I will never use this service again.
