We've had our doors for a few weeks now and we absolutely love them! Our old doors were the original ones from the 1950's - no openers, super heavy, very drafty and overall not working anymore. These new doors and openers are so quiet, I barely hear the doors open when I'm directly above them in my living room. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door - good prices, great employees and great products.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work completed by the technician on both appts. I was shocked at the additional charge of $20 for transportation, disposal (the key pad was replaced), filing, and office charges. Really?! A $65 technician fee charge was already assessed which I understand. To add to my disappointment when I called to ask about the $20 the office manager was less than professional. I considered his dealing with my question rather rude. Overall I like Precision Door company and even bought the warranty. The $20 is overcharging your customers!

Wow! Marcus Martin showed up and was training a new employee. They were great! I didn't know if I could even fit an opener in my garage. Marcus is very good. They figured it out and installed the opener very quickly, Amazing. I then needed to reset the closing later that day and Marcus walked me through it. Professional, courteous, … I can't say enough.
