Damon Burke came and worked on my Garage door which the cable was broken and some of the panels where Bent and the door would open all the way up, but would not close all the way down at all. I was having trouble with my garage door going down. Nothing was blocking it. I mentioned it to a friend & she recommended Precision. Couldn't have been give a better recommendation. They were very professional on the phone & the gentleman who came was the same. It turned out that I needed new sensors. He replaced them & did check the who garage door itself. Also recommended that I keep springs, rollers etc greased occasionally. I would recommend them to anyone & I give them 5 Stars

The representative who came to my house was Cori Merkel. She was driving a marked vehicle, wearing a company uniform, I.D., etc. COVID measures were in effect. I could tell she was very knowledgeable regarding garage doors/openers and would be able to help with an old malfunctioning garage door on a 1950 house that I had just purchased the prior week. I signed an agreement for both a garage door and opener. I felt the pricing was very good and in the ballpark of what I expected. Now I can’t wait to get many years of use & see the difference the new door will make in the appearance of this house! Cori is a “people person”and definitely an asset to this company!
