Builder-installed torsion bar went and needed to be replaced. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, and Kasey clearly explained the issue and what needed to be done. He was very professional and completed the job quickly. It was an expensive repair, but necessary and the lifetime warranty helps ease the sting a bit. I got the referral for Precision from a neighbor (who had the same problem), and would recommend them to others.

The technician, Kasey came over the same day, explained the issues and replaced all the required hardware parts with life time warranty for a reasonable price (I say reasonable based on estimates I found online for the same job). Your service man - Casey, I think, came promptly to our house. He was extremely courteous, and explained exactly what had to take place for the repair. He worked quickly, and before leaving he explained what he did and demonstrated the repaired door. He is a credit to your company. I will continue to use Precision for any future door problem. I also referred my across the street neighbor to Casey. He stopped by after my repair and sold an $800 job to him.
