I originally used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in 2009 to overhaul my garage door torsion springs, rollers, bearings, drums and cables and received a lifetime warranty. They have been back twice since then for minor repairs and performed all repairs free of charge. Both times they came to the house exactly on time with technicians that were professional and polite. I would highly recommend their services.

Had a broken door brace-- pulled right out of the concrete ceiling on Sat. nite. The door was just hanging there. The repairman arrived @ 11 pm & had the door repaired before midnight. Excellent service, knowledgeable repairman & timely arrival! 5-stars all the way. Would call you guys again in an instant.

This is the second door opener Precision has installed for me. Excellent quality. The tech called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He previously installed the motor on the other door so it was a breeze to do the second door. It was the TV advertising that attracted me to Precision. Great messages. I give the maximum 5 stars to the entire effort. My first door has a motor so quiet you barely know its' opening. Now the other is just as silent. I heartily recommend Precision Garage Door when you want it done right and at a competitive price!

I am thoroughly impressed with the quick and courteous service that I received from Precision. I got an appointment with a technician the same day I called and was given a 2 hour window which was very convenient. The technician (Aaron) did an EXCELLENT job and was able to completely redo all the hardware on my door in about an hour. My door works like new and I still can't get over how quiet it is now. Great job - would definitely recommend Aaron and Precision to anyone.

Thank you Precision for sending technician Marcus Martin to my house.He went to work immediately and explained everything in detail to me.Marcus installed new rollers and provided me with a new door opener.He also gave me a military discount after I showed him my military I.D. and he noticed my military license plate .A true gentleman.In the near future I will need a new garage motor. The service was excellent. The parts are 3 to 4 times market rates. And the attempt of the technician to sell extras was annoying. Otherwise the technician did perform a professional service. Had this not been an emergency, I'd have shopped around more or done the work myself. Avoiding the typical repair person sales tactics and excessive charge.
