Tanner was very good.He was polite.I do not appreciate however the never ending fuel surcharge.You are like the govt that imposes taxex and never takes them off.That sircharge was when fuel was 4 bucks a gallon several years ago.And another thing,although Tanner did not ask there was a place for a TIPAre you kidding me.312.00 and you want a tip.Maybe it's time I look elsewhere when my door breaks.

Chuck Hummel installed our new door. He arrived on time, did a great job and was very friendly. This is the second time we've used Precision. Our original choice was based on desperation. Subsequently I have heard many good things about Precision from other satisfied people. Technician--Tim-- was ready to go as soon as he arrived. His advice was based on reality, not sales. Job was done in a short time. Cleaned up after the job(!). Overall, a good experience.
