I needed help in the worst weather called and they were out the next day. The tech was early and took no time at all fixing the issues. I would say call them first service is a very hard item to get and they had no issues with coming right out and fixing a door issue I had purchased at one of those big box stores.

Just wanted to drop a line and thank you for Your help. I just called this morning (Christmas Eve) wanting to set up an appointment for next week and your Rep told me that your were performing regular service today. Our service tech was Steve and he showed up about an hour after I called. Steve did a great job and changed out our broken springs and all of the rollers. Tim K came out today to service our overhead garage door. Tim performed a thorough inspection, and informed me of what repairs were needed and the available repair options. I decided to have an overhaul done due to the door's age and the amount of wear-and-tear. One of the springs was broken, and some of the rollers had bent shafts, which was discovered while replacing the old ones. When the job was finished, he picked up and removed all the debris. I asked Tim to measure the door size since we plan to replace the old, heavy wooden door with a new, lighter weight metal door in the next year or two. He provided an estimate for future reference. Based on my experience today, I would gladly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who needs overhead garage door service.

Carlo Zanetti was our technician for 2 service calls to upgrade our garage door opener bar for belt drive. Carlo was professional and knowledgeable regarding what needed done. He called prior to coming to our home and arrived at the time he said he would. We had a contractor install our garage doors on a new garage and it was not done correctly. Carlo identified the issues and fixed everything that needed done, to make sure our garage doors were running smoothly. He went above and beyond at both appointments and was easy to talk to and explained everything he did. If and when I need garage door service in the future I would definitely call Precision and I will request Carlo be our technician in the future as well. I would recommend Precision and Carlo in the future to friends and family.
