I called Precision due to one of my garage spring did bust, the previous company that installed the springs was unable to be reached .I was able to reach a live person by phone on Saturday and schedule the work to be taken care of the same day . The door tech called and was able to come early to service the door. very professional detail on the work that needed done and finished up within an hour. I was very pleased with workmanship and would call them first the next time I need service. I would give them 5 star rating.

You guys advertised same day - 4 hour service. Instead you were there in 1 hour. What's up with that kind of service? And you showed me several options to fix my door opener. We picked one and you had all the parts, fixed the door and were out of here in about 45 minutes. Terrific!!!

Precision nailed it right on the head. I called Monday afternoon and was told someone be here between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM and that the tech would call first. Today at 11:30AM I got a call from Aaron and he said he'd be here in 30 minutes. At 11:55AM he pulled in my driveway. I explained the problem to him and after seeing what was happening, he immediately knew what was wrong. After a few adjustments he had the door working better than ever. Aaron even checked my other door to make sure it worked properly. I would definitely recommend Precision and Aaron to anyone who has door or opener problems. They really know their stuff!
