Randy was awesome. Arrived early, finished early and was knowledgeable and personable. All around great service. The only caution I would give is take the quote you get on the phone with a grain of salt, the actual repair was over double the price I was quoted. You won’t get an accurate estimate until the tech actually sees what you need. Would definitely recommend though.

Carlo Was a very nice professional. He gave me a good estimate. But it was not what I wanted for my garage door opener. I wanted a DDO8900W Light-Duty Commercial Door Operator or a LiftMaster LJ8900W Commercial Jackshaft or liftmaster MH Medium-Duty Hoist . I like fast service. Thank you .

After installation of the garage door opener he remained to answer questions and educate me on the operation. Old debris and parts from the previous unit were removed and the whole operation took less than two hours. I would rate his performance 5 star.

completely replaced my old heavy wooden garage door about 1-1/2 years ago and new one worked great. once had precision come out & give me a couple more remotes. then recently door made noise and stopped when opening and had to press remote again. also made funny noise. so Carlo Zanetti showed up today and tweaked it and lubricated and now open no noise and no charge. if you need garage door or have a problem Precison is the one to call.

Your Team gets a 10. They were on time,efficient and professional. Your pricing was grossly over priced. I went on line and priced out the material and unless your techs are being paid over $150.00 an hour the cost was double of what they should have been. I believe in paying for professional service but $500.00 for 4 cables and 4 hinges is over the top. Would not recommend due to price.

I came home on a Saturday afternoon and as soon as my garage door came down it made a horrendous noise. I noticed the one spring had cracked. I went online to find a garage door repair vendor. I called Precision and they had someone out to my home that afternoon. The technician was very polite and he made all of the necessary repairs. The springs that ran along my wall, the wheels that run along the rail and the belt drive was all replaced. There was a life time warranty which made me happy. It only took him about an hour to complete the work. I cannot say enough about how good this experience was. I was just so grateful that someone could come out the same day! I would highly recommend Precision!
