Called for a service on Saturday thinking it would be scheduled the upcoming week. Thoroughly surprised and pleased when appointment was scheduled on Sunday. Super Bowl Sunday none the less. Carlo called prior to arrival and pulled in when he said he would. Carlo was very pleasant and professional diagnosing the problem within minutes. Explained the repairs and was done within 40 minutes. Will recommend Precision to others and use them again when needed.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE, WARRANTY, PRODUCT(S), and of course PEOPLE. I have had my openers for over five years. The doors and openers are top of the line in overall performance and reliability. The tech's who have come to provide warranty service (TIM in particular) is outstanding. Service requests are handled quickly, and they arrive on time, and are fast. The best 3rd party service and product provider I have ever dealt with. NO, I'm not related to anyone their, and NO, I'm not being paid for this great recommendation, They are that GOOD.

I have become familiar with Precision Garage company back in the summer of 2017 when I needed the key pad checked. The two gentlemen who came out checked my garage door and explained some issues with the weight of my old wooden door which I always wanted to replace and they explained types of doors available. They were very nice and professional and answered any questions I had. When I finally decided a few months ago that my old door needed to go, Mike Cercone who was also kind and professional came to my home to explain door options, the benefits of having an insolated door and pricing. Being impressed with the options and the price I purchased a beautiful garage door which was installed within the 2-3 hours - as promised - by their technician who showed up on time. Not only does the garage door advance the beauty of my home, also I'm already noticing a difference in home temperature. Plus, I smile every time the door closes because of the very quiet closure compared to the old wood door that slammed shut. Thank you so much for your expertise and overall professionalism. I would definitely recommend your company to family, friends, and neighbors.
