Cori arrived at lunch time the same day I called for repair! Original time was 4-6 window but she called and asked if earlier would be ok for us. Cori Merkel was the technician that was sent to my house. She was very professional and knowledgeable she let me know that I could have done and explained what warrantees there were. Purchased a new garage door opener, when she pulled the old one down she informed me on how the sprocket didn't sound right. She was correct there was metal dust all around. She replaced it in about an hour, like she said. Now it's quieter than the old one.

Fortunately it was not a major problem and she performed maintenance on the door as well. Advised me of potential problems that I may have with the door and provided quotes without high sales pressure. I have used Precision Garage Door several times over the years for installation of new equipment, repairing old equipment and routine checkups. They have always been great. They are extremely timely (almost always same-day) and the service techs are always very polite and helpful. They listen to what I want, but will add their own suggestions when they have them (i.e., keep me from making a mistake). They give thorough inspections, but I never felt like they’d oversold any repairs needed. The price has always been very reasonable for the quality of the parts and work. I once check about replacing a bottom seal myself and found the part alone was almost as much as getting them to install it for me! I have nothing but good things to say. I wish all home repair companies were like Precision Doors.
