I have used Precision Garage Door several times over the years for installation of new equipment, repairing old equipment and routine checkups. They have always been great. They are extremely timely (almost always same-day) and the service techs are always very polite and helpful. They listen to what I want, but will add their own suggestions when they have them (i.e., keep me from making a mistake). They give thorough inspections, but I never felt like they’d oversold any repairs needed. The price has always been very reasonable for the quality of the parts and work. I once check about replacing a bottom seal myself and found the part alone was almost as much as getting them to install it for me! I have nothing but good things to say. I wish all home repair companies were like Precision Doors.
Thank you, William, for being a valued Precision Garage Door customer and for taking the time to give us your review. I'm glad to hear you always receive quick, polite and helpful service from us. We appreciate your business and always look forward to servicing all your garage door needs!
