Cori was really great! I really appreciated that she explained every detail to us about our garage door set-up and what she was going to do to get it fixed for us. She did her best to repair what we had even though it was not a conventional set-up. While it was unable to be fixed, I am confident that she did everything she could to at least make that attempt before suggesting that we purchase a new door. I really appreciate it that we were not charged for all of the troubleshooting that she did before letting us know that we needed to order a new door. We should have the new door installed within two weeks. I highly recommend Precision!
Thank you, Julia, for choosing Precision Garage Door and for taking the time to leave us your review. I'm glad to hear Cori was great in explaining all your options to you and you decided on the new door, which I'm sure you will enjoy for many years! We appreciate your willingness to highly recommend us to others and look forward to installing your new door soon!
