I have had this company service my garage doors several times over the past few years and was always satisfied. So when my garage door was damaged recently I called them to replace the bottom two panels on an older garage door and made an appointment for the evaluation. The guy came at the wrong time. I planned on being home but he came two hours early. Then he said on the phone that he can’t fix it. Had a salesman call who didn’t even know what was going on and said I should just get a new door. I had high hopes they could help me but I guess I just can’t afford them any longer.

Our service today was excellent. We were notified of their coming in advance as we requested. The service tech was respectful of the property and did exactly what we asked. We had a quote in advance for the price of the work performed. Our tech checked in when he was finished so that we could go over the work and any questions when he was finished. She laid out all of our options for repair and was patient while we took the time to make a decision. I would highly recommend Cori as well as this company to anyone needing garage repair. I chose your co. because I had used you in the past with great results. On 6/15/23 I had a situation with 2 damaged bottom sections on my 9’ garage door which rendered it inoperable. I called your co. and was given an appointment for the the very next day (6/16). the tech whose name was Damon arrived early and was able to at least secure the door in the down position. He informed me that the 2 bottom sections would need ordered and the lead time was hard to pinpoint. However, he called back the same day and informed me that he was able to locate the needed parts and would be out the next day 6/17 to complete the job. He arrived early and had the doors fully operational in a short time. I really can’t say enough good things about Damon. He was knowledgeable, personable & professional. He deserves 5 stars for his work ethic along with all mentioned above. Thanks Damon & thanks to your co. Another job well done & another well satisfied customer.
