Called for a service call on Monday, appt. was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Damon, technician, was excellent. Inspected the door in question and proceeded to fix the problem. After that, he inspected both doors, lubricated all the rollers and moving parts. He also replaced both bottom weatherstripping. Great job!

From making the appointment through completion of the service, they do it all the right way. Appointment confirmations, service day communication of arrival time, pre service information on their technicians that will be completing the service at your site, well trained technicians, and quality parts at market prices. My technician was Damon Burke. He was well trained, very customer oriented, very informative, and completed the job in a short amount of time. The job site was also clean after completion of the work. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and Damon Burke to anyone needing service, replacement, or installation of a garage door. I had numerous broken OEM hinges replaced along with all the rollers on my double wide garage door. I’ve had the garage spring and other OEM hinges replaced by Precision Garage Door in the past with the same level of service and satisfaction. Their replacement parts are of higher quality then the OEM parts.

Our Son-in-law in Allegheny County is using Precision for his garage doors maintenance and is happy with the services he's received. Reece came on time, very pleasant, courteous and explained to us the reason our door was acting the way it did, and there was not much that can be done, except using a lubricant occasionally to lessen the problem. Apparently, this is a newer cheaper system that is used in new/newer homes! Advised us it is safe, just annoying! Should last another 5 years or so. Gave us an estimate if we decided to replace the system. Very pleased with Reece. Will definitely call Precision when the need arises!
