Can't give Reece enough starts for the emergency service needed! Called and had him at my home the same day! After inspection he went over everything as to why the issue happened and fixed it better than original. I was very satisfied with using Precision Door for my garage door needs. I called in the morning and worked with Kayleigh to set up an appointment. They had a same day afternoon appointment available. The technician Tim K was excellent. He went over the repair and recommendations. Garage door spring failed on Friday. Precision had a technician out Saturday morning for the repair. Steven showed up on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed the issue, wired the repair and began work. Spring replacement took about an hour and a helf but only because Steven to some extra time to address issues with the initial installation. After the job was done, Steven cleaned up the job site, thanked me for using Precision and was on his way. So rare to get such good service anymore. I highly recommend Precision and my thanks to Steven for the service.
