Hey Dan, Jim and, I think, Brian, worked well together. They answered all my questions and worked quite efficiently. I was reluctant to invest another $769 this month due to other heavy bills, but you do what you have to do. Apparently the guide wires broke on the right side of the spring loaded garage support and the other side wires were frayed. The new system is smooth and works like a charm. I like the Precision guarantee and 'hope we don't have to do any business' in the future--ha! ha! Anyway, thanks and it was a pleasure doing business with you folks. Dick Baron

The technician that came to repair our garage door was punctual and within the window of time given for the day of the scheduled repair. He was very efficient and conscientious with the removal of the old door lock and handle as well as putting on the new replacement. He tested the replacement thoroughly to make sure it was working efficiently and without any problems. He also made a small adjustment on the track to allow easier locking. When finishing the job, he did a thorough clean up of all the old materials and the packaging of the new pieces. I was very pleased with the technicians efficiency and pleasant personality in observing the work being done. I would not hesitate to call you company in the future should any additional garage door maintainance need to be done in the future.

I was very happy with the service I received. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Service was provided in an timely fashion. Another company I called that stated they had 24/7 service, didn't answer the phone. Along with replacing the broken spring, Chris also replaced the cables and 'wheels', maybe they are the 'rollers', anyway, I am very happy with the experience I've had with Precision Door Service and would recommend them to others.
