First time customer - called this afternoon in a pinch (with one of my cars "trapped" in my garage) and within an hour Precision had Damon (Burke) dispatched to my house. A very nice, polite gentleman who had me back in operation in no time with a full warranty on both springs and all new hardware. And the door is substantially quieter. Damon also installed a handle on my door and fixed my outside remote appliance which hasn't worked since the Truman administration! :) Precision has a new customer for life! Thanks folks. Service was exceptional! I called Saturday at 4:00pm and got an appointment for Sunday in the afternoon. Sunday morning the technician called me and said he could be there in the morning. He came and determined the problem. He gave me all the different fixes and the price of each. He had the repair done within an hour and a half. I have always had great service from Precision Garage Door. A 5 in all catagories.

We have used Precision over the years I find the workmanship of the products to be superior and the technicians are very knowledgeable and they are willing to explain the mechanics so I can understand how the components work. If something should break, I will know how to explain what the issue is. And for something as simple as a battery change, I now know how to access the keypad outside and the handheld button device to change a battery myself and possibly avoid a service call. The technician did check the bolts in the hinges and changed out a few of them and also went over all items to see if anything else was out of whack. I am very impressed with Precision. Cori Merkel is an awesome technician.

I love my new garage door. It fits tightly, the lock works great, and the tech did a wonderful job on the tracks. My wife just couldn't lift the old wooden door anymore, the new one is lightweight and slides easily. Five stars for a great experience.

George the technician was prompt, and showed me exactly what the problem was, and gave me the option of repair or replacement. Because of the age of the unit and previous issues with remotes, I opted for replacement. Unfortunately, George didn't realize that he would need to shorten the track for the replacement unit to fit until he had already removed the old unit, which would cost me an extra $100. He did offer to use the new motor in the old housing at a considerably lower cost, so I will still give 4 stars. Ultimately I chose to pay the additional $100 for the additional labor (at least an hour) and am very happy with the end product!
