Rarely submit reviews but had to let anyone know who is considering using Precision; you won’t be disappointed. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within 72 hours. Their technician, Patrick; arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable and was able to replace our keypad quickly and also reviewed our garage door opener for any other issues. I highly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors and will keep his business card for any future service.

Especially Damon Burke the repair technician who came out to check and make the same day repairs for my really old wooden garage door by replacing all of the hardware. Now my door opens easily and safely. Damon was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and was willing to take the time to make sure to explain everything involved and about the warranty. He made sure that I was happy with the replacement and repairs before leaving. He is a treasurer for your company. I was impressed with my ability to get a service person on the same day as my call. Equally impressive was the courtesy and knowledge of my technician. Cori arrived quickly and got right to work on inspecting my door and making recommendations for routine owner maintenance. She instructed me on the right kind of lubricant that I need to use on my door. She remained with me until she was sure that I understood the issue with the door. Cori did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to work with her again! Simple lubrication did the trick.
