We had a garage door spring break, and even though it wasn't an emergency, Precision Garage Door was still here within a business day to fix it. The technician (George) was very personable, answered all of my questions, and fixed the issue in under an hour. The price was fair compared to other rates I saw around Pittsburgh. It's a no-brainer who I'll call next time I have an issue with my garage door.

I have been meaning to have someone check out my garage door for awhile, but have been putting it off. When I looked outside on Sunday morning and saw your truck at my neighbors' house, I ran out and asked if they could swing by my house after he was done. George didn't hesitate and came over to assess what was needed. He had replacement parts in the truck and was able to install new springs and a new key pad within an hour. George was extremely professional and explained what was happening with the springs. I was so thankful for his being available to take care of me that afternoon! I won't hesitate to use you again, and certainly to recommend anyone who is looking for garage door work! Thank you!

George was polite and took care of my issue quickly. My problem is with the cost of $284 for a 10 minute fix. I used them again for this repair because I had good luck back in 2019 when they replaced my spring at a fair price. This was just for adjusting the tension of spring as door would not stay up and it only took 10 minutes to adjust. I called my local guy to compare and he was less than half the price for same adjustment plus that includes going over door and lubricating all components. I will use local guy going forward as I will be retiring and will not be able to afford such pricing.

Our 24 year old garage door had major wear and tear. I had called other places but Pittsburgh garage doors was able to send someone the following day.
