Extremely happy with the service we received. Our door broke on Saturday; we called and someone was here the next day. Repairs took about 2 hours (had to replace the entire roller bar and springs). Justin, our tech, explained everything and was very friendly. Would recommend Precision to anyone!

Technician Justin was very professional and helpful to me in selecting the garage door opener that I needed, My old one apparently "fried" in a power outage, and there was no way of fixing a very old one. He was very nice to talk to and showed me how the new one worked before leaving. He cleaned the garage up nicely when he was done. 5 stars!

When our garage door jammed and bent the frame I called three companies rated by Angie's List. One company wanted a $99 charge for an estimate,one never returned my call and Precision returned my call that day. We scheduled an appointment with their employee Marcus. Marcus was excellent. He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it right on the spot at a reasonable price. Of course I hope I never need another repair but if I did I would definitely call Precision and ask for Marcus.

My garage door was no longer closing completely. I had called other garage door companies who were rude, dismissive, and condescending, basically wanting me to diagnose the problem for them before they would deign to come and look at it. Precision was the opposite of all that. They were polite, helpful, and the technician who came to my house, Marcus, went above and beyond to fix my problem. He also installed new springs, but didn't give me a hard sell about it. From now on, I will always call Precision for my garage door needs.

I choose Precision because you were an authorized dealer for Lift master. Your technician Tim was great. He was prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he can not fix the problem. He is trying another part. Will contact if he can get it. If it cannot be fixed I am done with Lift Master The unit is only 4 years old. Very angry that it may need replaced

Randy was awesome. Arrived early, finished early and was knowledgeable and personable. All around great service. The only caution I would give is take the quote you get on the phone with a grain of salt, the actual repair was over double the price I was quoted. You won’t get an accurate estimate until the tech actually sees what you need. Would definitely recommend though.

After installation of the garage door opener he remained to answer questions and educate me on the operation. Old debris and parts from the previous unit were removed and the whole operation took less than two hours. I would rate his performance 5 star.

Your Team gets a 10. They were on time,efficient and professional. Your pricing was grossly over priced. I went on line and priced out the material and unless your techs are being paid over $150.00 an hour the cost was double of what they should have been. I believe in paying for professional service but $500.00 for 4 cables and 4 hinges is over the top. Would not recommend due to price.

I came home on a Saturday afternoon and as soon as my garage door came down it made a horrendous noise. I noticed the one spring had cracked. I went online to find a garage door repair vendor. I called Precision and they had someone out to my home that afternoon. The technician was very polite and he made all of the necessary repairs. The springs that ran along my wall, the wheels that run along the rail and the belt drive was all replaced. There was a life time warranty which made me happy. It only took him about an hour to complete the work. I cannot say enough about how good this experience was. I was just so grateful that someone could come out the same day! I would highly recommend Precision!
