They are on time, and listen to what the home owner has to say. I am also impressed that if I have a problem in the afternoon, someone is at my home before 11pm that same day. Very fast reaction to my suppport call. The technician was very professional and courteous. He made sure everything worked. While he was here, I told him about the poor quality of the outside keypad cover which was installed 2 years ago. He offered me a good deal on a more elaborate keypad which solved the issue. I'm very pleased with the professionalism of Precision. Keep up the good work!

Found Precision in our Valpak coupons when our garage door broke. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable about our problem. Since our doors were the original we decided to replace the doors instead of replacing the spring. They quoted a price and a time frame when the doors could be installed. The technician who installed our doors did a great job,everything worked well. With the new doors the garage is warmer and the doors are much quieter. Would highly recommend Precision.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from Sal, the technician. We did not anticipate having to replace our garage doors but Sal spelled out the pros and cons of repair vs door replacement options. He seemed quite knowledgeable and capable - we chose to replace both doors. (service performed not listed: turned out to be an evaluation of our current door - problems - and the decision to pursue replacement vs repair)
