Marcus was prompt and showed up at the time that he said that he would to replace our old Sears model garage door opener which stopped working. He did a great job with the installation and we are really happy with the performance of the new garage door opener. We also like that the new opener is much quieter than what we had before and we really like the new features. We also had the spring sets on both doors replaced, one set due to age and the other was not at the proper counter weight that was needed.

Tom came out quickly to assess the issue and within several weeks (which was earlier than what was expected), the replacement panels were installed. I have no complaints, it has been an excellent experience thus far.
