Wow! Marcus Martin showed up and was training a new employee. They were great! I didn't know if I could even fit an opener in my garage. Marcus is very good. They figured it out and installed the opener very quickly, Amazing. I then needed to reset the closing later that day and Marcus walked me through it. Professional, courteous, … I can't say enough. With my old wooden garage door rotting out along the bottom panel, I began to look around for a new garage door. I looked at Home Depot and Lowe's but really didn't get a feeling that they knew what they were doing. A number of people where I work recommended Precision Garage Door. Bill Jack came out, measured everything and the door, opener and tracking was ordered. Justin arrived on time and installed the system in about 2 hours. He hardly made any noise and cleaned up the garage when he was finished. The new door and opener are so quiet compared to the old one. Thanks so much for a job well done!
