Replaced both garage door openers with new Belt Drive door openers. The technician was Randy, he was very professional, and took the time to explain everything well. very pleased with the service.

Dan, though I thought your offer was fair and your Tec was thorough in his explanation, I've decided just to do some maintenance on my current garage doors then re-evaluate the doors in the spring. Both my furnace and AC system are over 20 years old and they are more the pressing issue now than the doors. George came out to service my door. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all. We came to the conclusion that I should just replace the door. On a scale of 1-5 I would give him a 5. He was early and helpful.

We've had our doors for a few weeks now and we absolutely love them! Our old doors were the original ones from the 1950's - no openers, super heavy, very drafty and overall not working anymore. These new doors and openers are so quiet, I barely hear the doors open when I'm directly above them in my living room. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door - good prices, great employees and great products.

The company was recommended by a friend who had recently had work done by Precision. When I called Precision, I got an appointment quickly.
