I chose Precision when our garage door spring broke because their Yellow Pages ad said "Same Day Service". Steve came out and did the repair and gave me an estimate on a new door and opener. I called Precision to upgrade my door, to reschedule my service, and to add on a battery back-up. Each time I called the Rep was very helpful. George came out and installed the door and opener. Especially in this day and age of horrible customer service I want to let all involved that I give Precision and it's employees an A+. I highly recommend them.

Placed call on a Sunday night, had an appointment for Monday, they showed up early and had materials available to do the job. Efficient and professional! Precision nailed it right on the head. I called Monday afternoon and was told someone be here between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM and that the tech would call first. Today at 11:30AM I got a call from Aaron and he said he'd be here in 30 minutes. At 11:55AM he pulled in my driveway. I explained the problem to him and after seeing what was happening, he immediately knew what was wrong. After a few adjustments he had the door working better than ever. Aaron even checked my other door to make sure it worked properly. I would definitely recommend Precision and Aaron to anyone who has door or opener problems. They really know their stuff!

I recently had precision door service replace my garage door spring at my house and had excellent service. I called the repair in at 945 am and had a tech at my house at 1020 am. It look Aaron less then 30 minutes to fix my issue and have my garage door back in working order. Thank you Aaron Marks as you did a nice job

I came home from work, closed the garage door and shortly thereafter heard a loud noise. After some investigation, I realized that the garage door would not open. It was late, so I waited until morning to call. The girl was very nice, I explained the problem and she said that they could have someone out between 9 am and MIDNIGHT. I said what about the 4 hour guarantee? I must have picked a busy day because the best she could do was between 9 am and 4 pm. As I was unable to get out of the garage, I was anxious to have the door repaired and agreed. The technicians got to the house around 2:45 pm and were very professional. They explained what had happened and what was necessary to repair the problem. After I gave the go ahead, they got right to work and I once again had a functioning garage door in about an hour. They also lubricated the other garage door without my even asking. Both men were polite and courteous and very professional. I will definitely call Precision again if I have another garage door dilemma!
