Other than being scheduled for 2-4 PM, and only arriving at 6:30 PM, very professional, capable and done in timely manner. It appears the tech was over scheduled and was very cordial and apologetic. I don't blame him at all.
Thank you, Ray, for choosing Precision Garage Door and for giving us your review. Our techs do work very hard to get everyone into their schedule in a timely manner. Occasionally, for unforeseen reasons, and because we provide quality service at all times, we do run behind schedule I'm glad you received professional service from George and we look forward to servicing all your garage door needs in the future.

Tanner was very good.He was polite.I do not appreciate however the never ending fuel surcharge. You are like the govt that imposes taxex and never takes them off. That sircharge was when fuel was 4 bucks a gallon several years ago.And another thing, although Tanner did not ask there was a place for a TIPAre you kidding me.312.00 and you want a tip.Maybe it's time I look elsewhere when my door breaks.

Chuck Hummel installed our new door. He arrived on time, did a great job and was very friendly. This is the second time we've used Precision. We hired them at our old house 3 years ago and were very happy. So when we realized our new house desperately needed a new garage door and opener, we went straight to Precision! Would definitely recommend!

I'm glad Chuck did a great job installing your door and we know you will enjoy it for years to come. We appreciate your business and look forward to servicing all your garage door needs in the future!

Our original choice was based on desperation. Subsequently I have heard many good things about Precision from other satisfied people. Technician--Tim-- was ready to go as soon as he arrived. His advice was based on reality, not sales. Job was done in a short time. Cleaned up after the job(!). Overall, a good experience.
Thank you, Kathleen and Larry, for choosing Precision Garage Door and for giving us your review. I'm glad you had a good experience in using us for the first time and we hope we have gained you as a valued customer! Have a great day!

Dan, though I thought your offer was fair and your Tec was thorough in his explanation, I've decided just to do some maintenance on my current garage doors then re-evaluate the doors in the spring. Both my furnace and AC system are over 20 years old and they are more the pressing issue now than the doors. Am keeping all your info as I feel the professionalism your company has displayed should be complimented. Thank you again.
Thank you, Ron, for taking the time to give us your review. I'm glad to hear you thought our offer was fair and that Bill was thorough in explaining everything to you. Please give us a call for any of your garage door needs in the future. We look forward to hearing from you in the Spring!

We've had our doors for a few weeks now and we absolutely love them! Our old doors were the original ones from the 1950's - no openers, super heavy, very drafty and overall not working anymore. These new doors and openers are so quiet, I barely hear the doors open when I'm directly above them in my living room. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door - good prices, great employees and great products.
Thank you, Anthony, for choosing Precision Garage Door and for letting us know how much you love your new garage doors! We appreciate your willingness to recommend us to others and look forward to servicing all your garage door needs in the future.
