I really liked getting an email giving me the name of the technician who would be coming to our house and an estimate of his arrival. Marcus called when he was 15 minutes away. When he arrived Marcus assessed the problem, discussed that everything was covered under our warranty, did all the work quickly and then reviewed everything when he was done. I called at 9 am and by 4 pm our door was completely fixed, which was wonderful. Our installer was Carlos. Carlos called me to say he was ahead of schedule and wanted to know if I was amenable to an earlier time. Luckily, I was able to have him come earlier so that was great. Carlos came and quickly assessed that we needed a couple of things re-bracketed and needed a stronger bracket on the garage door which I could see. This is my first home and so I did not know a lot about garage door repair, but Carlos explained everything. The nicest part was that he gave me three options for repairs: Everything that needed to be done, a second option with some upgrades to our rollers, and a third option with all of that plus an unlimited warranty option. Carlos never tried to upsell me anything I didn't want and let me choose what was best for us. It took him only about 35 minutes to complete the job. It was a little bit more than I anticipated, but it was done very well and I know that our door is now much more secure and that we will not have the issue reoccur soon. Carlos was nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I would very much recommend him for your garage door repairs.

Carlo was great! I got same day service, and it was the most seamless and efficient process for any home repair I have invested in. I needed all new parts and a new motor and he was done in 1 hour! Amazing and so pleased with the final product as well. Highly recommend and would refer to anyone. Well done! Precision answered the call when we needed a problem resolved with our door, Carlos came to the rescue and worked his magic on our garage door that was in various stages of disrepair. I easily got an appointment suitable for our schedule, I received 2 phone calls to confirm appt and arrival. The technician was kind, friendly and professional. He explained the service that our doors needed and showed me what needed to be done. The price quoted for the entire job was higher than we were prepared to spend- so the tech gave us several options to replace the old parts in stages. We will definitely call/use Precision again.

I called Precision in the morning and although it wasn't an emergency, they scheduled a technician to come out that afternoon within a 2 hour time frame. He arrived promptly after calling first and was done with the work in less than an hour. The tech was pleasant and courteous. Called Precision Garage Door to inspect and repair my existing garage door opener that was binding and not operating smoothly. A service technician was dispatched the same day and arrived in just a couple of hours from calling. The service technician, Tim, arrived promptly and corrected the problem. The repair was done professionally and I was pleased with the great service. The repair was also covered under warranty so that was equally good. I would rate Precision 5 stars for the good service call today.
