I was hoping to get a new garage door opener installed today. Due to my mistake and not looking where it was getting installed they were un able to perform the service. The repair person was professional and explained everything to me. He did not get upset based on my mistake. We ended up replacing the keypad for now until we look at a new door and a place for the opener. Thank you Precision, I will use you in the future and recommend you to my friends.

Excellent customer service!. I called for a service call on my garage door opener which had not been opening the door for a few days and which, of course, caused my family to be locked out of the house (we use the garage like a front door and do not keep a key with us, which will change). Of course, when Tim Kronenberger, the technician, arrived everything was working so I have an intermittent problem. Tim spent time to check the functionality of the opener and went over the available options in detail, from leaving it alone to see how it behaves to multiple variations of replacement openers. No pressure at all. I chose to remove the probable problem and have a belt driven opener installed. Very quiet operation. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that has a need and I appreciate Tim's professionalism and attention to detail. Very nice experience!

Exceptionally pleased with service of my technician. He took the time to inspect the entire garage door opener, recommended and explained the new system he was installing, and was precise and very quick on the entire installation. He also checked the rollers on the door track, cleaned up without a trace and was done within an hour. The new remote pad makes it a lot easier to access entry to the garage. Great Job!! After (literally) over a year of procrastinating, I finally got fed up with standing in the rain and pressing the button multiple times before my garage door would shut all the way, I finally called Precision. Aaron called ahead of time and within minutes of arriving he diagnosed the problem. He told me my options and I chose the one he recommended. In my head I was already planning when I'd take a day off work to get the problem resolved, but that wasn't necessary as Aaron fixed my door on the spot, at 7pm. He was in and out within a half hour and now my door closes like a dream, no longer waking our newborn. I'll definately recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door maintenance or repair. A+!

Ben was great. He quickly assessed the problem with my garage door; a tripped GFI was causing it not to work. In addition to that my springs and cables needed replaced and few things tightened up. I didn't feel pressured when he showed me my options and for that reason as well as his professionalism/knowledge I will contact this company in the future for any garage door needs.
