The salesman was very helpful and patient answering all my questions. The install technician (Nathan) knew his business and went about it very orderly and took the time needed. A few qlitches needed addressed but I always got a return call almost immediately, Although I sometimes felt like my questions were more of a bother when calling. I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone needing a new garage door or repair.

Hi there Dan, From the moment your girl Kim answered the phone till she hung up she was polite, kind, caring and very personable.she asked me if I wanted to set it up for the next day and I told her I would wait until Monday because I did not want to be paying extra for the week end. She assured me that would not happen, that your company answers 24/7 and do not charge extra for the week ends so I told her I would call her back as soon as I spoke to my husband. I called her back and set it up for the next day Saturday. I was very happy to talk to her. She was 100% customer service. When your fellow Randy came out he was professional and went straight to work. When I went to write a check I was pleased to have received a $25.00 off on my bill for the service call which Kim allowed. I will definitely tell my friends and relatives about you and I will call you back if I ever need you. Thanks again for the fast response.
