Service call was prompt and service rep. was efficient. Although I was a little surprised that a tip is requested as the rep presents the bill, I did attempt to add one on, but accidentally put in a very small amount by mistake. It did not mean that the reps services were not up to par.

With my old wooden garage door rotting out along the bottom panel, I began to look around for a new garage door. I looked at Home Depot and Lowe's but really didn't get a feeling that they knew what they were doing. A number of people where I work recommended Precision Garage Door. Bill Jack came out, measured everything and the door, opener and tracking was ordered. Justin arrived on time and installed the system in about 2 hours. He hardly made any noise and cleaned up the garage when he was finished. The new door and opener are so quiet compared to the old one. Thanks so much for a job well done!
Thank you, Melinda, for choosing Precision Garage Door for your new garage door! I'm glad to hear you are happy with your door and we know you will enjoy it for many years to come! Please give us a call for all your garage door needs in the future.
