Five Star rating. Repairman was on time, professional and very pleasant. He explained all my options and in response to my request for a recommendation, he made one. I used them about 10 years ago and was so pleased that I looked them up again and I called. I would highly recommend the company.

The service was very quick and professional. We were provided with two options and there was no pressure on which option to choose. The service man, Marcus, was very professional and polite. We had a fantastic experience and the garage door is working better (and quieter) than ever! Thank you.

After not being able to get the door open, we called to have door repaired. We needed a new opener, which was installed by Dave, in a very timely manner. Work was done neatly, took all trash and old opener, and was completely professional.

They replaced my garage door, opener and trim on the coldest day of the year (2015) to date. I recently retired and wanted the lifetime warranty to make my life easier as I have had problems with my old setup in the past. I could not be happier with the installation, appearance and workmanship that they provided under less than ideal conditions

Jason Drylie arrived the day after we called, on a Saturday. Our garage door was stuck & we needed a second opinion about getting new springs. Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all honest. He did a safety check on our door, pushed it back on track, and added & tightened a couple of bolts. He showed us that our springs were in good condition and should last a few more years. He saved us hundreds of dollars that we would have lost to another service. I will definitely contact Precision in the future, and recommend Jason for honest and experienced service.

I was extremely pleased with the installation of my new opener, keypad and remotes. The technician was polite, personable & knowledgeable. He explained everything ahead of time and also installed safety cables through the existing springs. He did a great job & cleaned up after he was finished. I was pleased with his workmanship, and everything from start to finish. Even though it was a little pricey, I felt that It was worth every penny and backed by a great warranty.

Chuck and Tim were the techs on our install of 2 garage doors. Could not be more pleased with their work. Both got right to it when they arrived. Once job was complete they were both very thorough with explanations of operating tips warranties etc.. I would give the whole process of sale (Bill Jack) and install a 5 star rating.

I found Precision by Googling Washington County garage door repairmen. I needed the weather stripping replaced on both of my garage doors. David called in advance, arrived on time and performed the service work in a timely, courteous and professional manner. While he was here he examined both doors and made a few suggestions. He made sure that I was satisfied with his work and was on his way. No sales/repair pressure. A totally enjoyable experience. Will definitely use Precision again.

It put her and me at ease knowing that the problem was resolved.Thank you,to all your staff and merry Xmas . Charles Seidman ( she lives in Monroeville)

Tim was very helpful and took the time to repair our door and answer all questions I had. He was prompt and mannerly and is someone that I would recommend to others. It was a pleasure to have an employee act like he "wanted" to offer assistance instead of just doing his job. He is an asset to your company.

Absolutely great service. I have a small detached garage with no window nor door. I had--very absentmindedly--closed the door with the hatchback open thus wedging the hatch against the garage door when I tried to open it. Precision Door representative came within the time promised and he managed to open it with only slight damage to the hatchback. He was very professional both in his execution of his work and demeanor.
