Dear Dan , was totally satisfied with repair of my garage door spring especially since it was on a Sunday. Repairman was even early and called beforehand to verify that it was ok to come early. He pointed out that due to the size (double) of the door that it should have had 2 springs in place, not just one, which made sense to me.
