We have used Precision over the years I find the workmanship of the products to be superior and the technicians are very knowledgeable and they are willing to explain the mechanics so I can understand how the components work. If something should break, I will know how to explain what the issue is. And for something as simple as a battery change, I now know how to access the keypad outside and the handheld button device to change a battery myself and possibly avoid a service call. The technician did check the bolts in the hinges and changed out a few of them and also went over all items to see if anything else was out of whack. I am very impressed with Precision. Cori Merkel is an awesome technician.

Your technician was able to come the next day after our spring broke. Cori, the technician, was superb. She called on the scheduled day to tell us she would be late (because of a complicated job before us). When she arrived and examined our door, she explained thoroughly our options. We have a large garage door (one door for a two-car garage). She had the parts to replace both springs. More importantly, she had the strength to fix our door. We heard a loud bang when closing our 16' garage door. We then called Precision because we had used them in the past to replace the springs. They were here within 24 hours even though we explained it was not an emergency. Precision confirmed the appointment electronically three times, then once again when I got a text message when they were on their way. Cori Merkel was quick to diagnose the problem, two broken and one cracked hinge. She provided an estimate and commenced to replace three hinges and installed a brace on the lower panel. Entire experience was only 90 minutes. All 5+ star.
