Other than being scheduled for 2-4 PM, and only arriving at 6:30 PM, very professional, capable and done in timely manner. It appears the tech was over scheduled and was very cordial and apologetic. I don't blame him at all.

I called on a Thursday evening hoping to schedule an appointment on Friday if I was lucky, but the operator said they had an opening that night and someone could be there to repair my broken garage door spring. George called a few minutes later to confirm he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made recommendations and gave options including pricing, then fixed the spring within an hour. I was and am thoroughly impressed in how everything was handled. I will, and already have, recommended Precision to my neighbors and family for any future needs.

He was here in the time frame given to us, in fact, our time frame was 4 PM to 6 PM and he was here after 4 PM. Very professional and an asset to your organization. Re-oiled everything and it is working good now. Any problems would be sure to call you as you redid our other garage door a few years back. So again highly recommend.
