Very happy with this company. Garage door spring broke on Labor day Saturday, so door wouldn't open. Precision came out and fixed problem on Sunday afternoon without charging high weekend/holiday surcharges. People at Precision kept me in constant contact keeping me updated on the project status, George Ramsey was my tech. He went over all the work he would do and the costs, Work was done quickly and at quoted price. Would highly recommend this company.

Called on a Friday afternoon about buying and having installed a new garage door opener. That Sunday they were here at noon for the install. My technician was George Ramey. A very knowledgeable professional who completed the job in just over an hour. George explained how to operate, the warranty and how to program the remotes. Great experience. Fast service was needed as both cars were "stuck" in garage. The technician was here the next morning and got the door open so we were able to get cars out. We ordered a new door, as was needed and wanted. George, our tech was polite, helpful and made doing business easy.

George the technician was prompt, and showed me exactly what the problem was, and gave me the option of repair or replacement. Because of the age of the unit and previous issues with remotes, I opted for replacement. Unfortunately, George didn't realize that he would need to shorten the track for the replacement unit to fit until he had already removed the old unit, which would cost me an extra $100. He did offer to use the new motor in the old housing at a considerably lower cost, so I will still give 4 stars. Ultimately I chose to pay the additional $100 for the additional labor (at least an hour) and am very happy with the end product!
