The spring on one of our garage doors (a double size door) broke and the door was not usable. I called another company first that we had used many years ago and a recording said to leave a message and someone would call me back. After 2 days with no response we researched other possible companies to fix our door and found great reviews for Precision Door. We called them on a Friday evening and someone answered immediately and scheduled us for service on Saturday afternoon. I was notified by the service technician before he came that he was enroute and when he would arrive and was provided a photo and name of the technician before he arrived. He was very professional and promptly assessed the door and fixed it. He also checked the door over thoroughly as well as our other garage door which was functioning to make sure they were both in optimal working order. In a little over 12 hours from our call for assistance the door was fixed. Four days after the door was repaired the first company I called finally called me back to find out what I needed (this was 6 days after my call to them). If we ever have another problem with a garage door Precision Door Service will be our first call.
