Showed up when they said they would. Our technician (George R.) explained the issue, went over the possible solutions in very clear language and made the repair very efficiently. We made the choice to replace the opener entirely as the old one was loud and prone to issues -- however, in no way were we pressured to replace the opener. We could have just replaced the springs but decided on the upgrade. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

Not only was Precision recommended by several friends but the 24/7 service in the ad did convince me to call, being handicapped and in need of my garage in order to get to my car I needed the work done ASAP. I was quite surprised on getting a Sunday morning appointment.. Not only did they email/text all info making everything more comfortable of what to expect but sending a picture and background info of the repairman, who BTW was extremely professional in every way along with his work.. what an asset he is to Precision and will be highly recommended to anyone I know that might need work done on garage doors. Dan, We suffered all winter with are door not shutting right. We saw coupon in the clipper and phoned for a estimate. George promptly came on tues and brought some sunshine. George was professional and didnt pressure us. In a few hours he had our door and new opener working beautiful, cant tell you how happy and pleased we were with the job and spotless clean up. Our garage door wouldn't close as I was leaving in the morning, so my wife called you to see if someone was available to come out and see what was wrong. We were able to get an appointment the same day, and your technician, George Ramey, came in the afternoon to check out the issue. He was very professional and friendly, checked everything out, lubricated the track, and showed us how to manually work the door during a power outage. He determined that everything seemed to be in working order, and that the drop in temperature in the morning was the likely cause of the malfunction. The door seems to be working fine now, but we will not hesitate to call Precision again if needed. Great customer service! Thank you.

Very happy with this company. Garage door spring broke on Labor day Saturday, so door wouldn't open. Precision came out and fixed problem on Sunday afternoon without charging high weekend/holiday surcharges. People at Precision kept me in constant contact keeping me updated on the project status, George Ramsey was my tech. He went over all the work he would do and the costs, Work was done quickly and at quoted price. Would highly recommend this company.
