Our remotes would not open the garage door. I called Precision around 4 pm on Tuesday and they set up an appointment for the next morning. The technician George came, evaluated and checked several things and concluded that the logic board could not communicate with the remotes. He was knowledgeable, polite, and explained what he found to be the problem. Thank you George. I have used Precision for over 15 years and have always been very happy with their work. Coming within 24 hours and fixing the problem on the spot is what makes them a reliable company.

George did a terrific job! He evaluated both garage doors and recommended that we have the springs and cables replaced. Not only did he make the necessary repairs but he also took a quick look at our keyless opener which hasn't been working and within a minute he had it reprogramed and working just fine. He is always thorough and polite. I'd recommend them any time.

I was having trouble with my garage door going down. Nothing was blocking it. I mentioned it to a friend & she recommended Precision. Couldn't have been give a better recommendation. They were very professional on the phone & the gentleman who came was the same. It turned out that I needed new sensors. He replaced them & did check the who garage door itself. Also recommended that I keep springs, rollers etc greased occasionally. I would recommend them to anyone & I give them 5 Stars

This was our first time using Precision and couldn't be more satisfied. We were able to get a same day appointment and the technician (George R) was able to complete the work in the same visit. Due to multiple points of failure with our existing system, we determined that a new system entirely would be the best path forward - basically only the door itself was salvageable. George was very detailed and thorough - careful to explain the service, underlying cost and warranties. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
