I called Precision last night when I discovered springs had broken. I was able to get an appointment for today between 10-12. George called and texted that he was on his way and would be here in 35 minutes. Just about to the minute, he was here, assessed the situation and repaired the springs. George was very courteous and explained what he had done afterwards and even looked back in his records to refresh my memory as to dates of opener installation, etc. Good job George! And, Precision.

Had an emergency lock installed on my garage door. After it was installed the service technician took the time to show me how to use the key to open the door as well as let me try it myself so that I knew how to do it. He was very helpful and also gave me some tips on how to keep my garage door in good shape. Now I can open the door if the power goes out.
