We had a failing garage door spring and contacted Precision online on a Sunday to hopefully schedule a service call later that week. To my surprise, they called back that day and we got scheduled. We had George Ramey come out to check the spring and he ended up replacing two springs in well under an hour. Had an emergency lock installed on my garage door. After it was installed the service technician took the time to show me how to use the key to open the door as well as let me try it myself so that I knew how to do it. He was very helpful and also gave me some tips on how to keep my garage door in good shape. Now I can open the door if the power goes out.

Our remotes would not open the garage door. I called Precision around 4 pm on Tuesday and they set up an appointment for the next morning. The technician George came, evaluated and checked several things and concluded that the logic board could not communicate with the remotes. He was knowledgeable, polite, and explained what he found to be the problem. Thank you George. I have used Precision for over 15 years and have always been very happy with their work. Not only did he make the necessary repairs but he also took a quick look at our keyless opener which hasn't been working and within a minute he had it reprogramed and working just fine.
