I had made an appointment with Precision on 7/22 for service on my Keyless unit which was not working. George Ramey contacted me twice in the am to advise me when he would arrive. He was so professional and friendly and quickly determined that unit had corroded battery terminal. I approved the new unit to be installed. He quickly replaced the unit and did a safety check on my garage door, cables and door opener.

The spring broke on our garage door on a Saturday afternoon, trapping my car in the garage. We called Precision’s emergency line and they were able to make us an appointment for Monday afternoon however, because the technician was available earlier, he came and took care of the problem five hours earlier than expected. He was knowledgeable and the process was simple.

Precision promptly sent a repairman the day after I called for service. George took a look at my electric opener and knew exactly what the problem was. Door operator and springs were installed by Precision 8 years ago. Never a single issue. We had an exterior keypad issue was the reason for the service call. George did an awesome job. He checked the entire door over, checked operation, safeties and remotes. We needed to replace the outside keypad, possible area lighting strike. Recommended spring replacement in next year or so just due to age. Put that on the calendar. Thanks to all folks a Precision for quick and honest response.

We had our garage door spring break late on afternoon, called Precision and they had our technician, George, at our home before lunchtime the next day. George was very professional, clearly broke down the options I had for repair, and explained the overall state of my garage door system beyond just my spring which had broken. He made short work of the job (literally like an hour) and our garage door is opening and closing more smoothly than I have ever seen it do so before the repair.

If I have a garage door issue, Precision Garage Door Service is the first and only call that I make. Our family has moved a few times within the area over the past 20 years and each house that we've lived in has had a garage door issue. You would think with new-builds, the garage doors would function properly for more than a couple of years...but that has not been the case. Nevertheless, other than being annoyed that yet another garage door has failed us too soon, I don't fret too much because I know we can trust Precision. This last issue, we had a call back almost immediately after we reached out online, and a service call the very next day. George, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You cannot go wrong with Precision! Trust me, I've had to use them three times :)

My garage door opener stopped working. I call Precision Garage Door Service at 11am and had an appointment at 4pm the same day. George the Tech showed up and was extremely courteous and respectful. He took the time to go through the garage door assessment and explained how everything is supposed to work, Extremely knowledgeable!! I had purchased the wrong size opener for my door height but he had what was needed at a very reasonable price. I really liked the fact they texted a picture of George and a little clip about him so I knew who I was dealing with before he showed up, I also got an e mail from the owner of the company. The whole experience was 5 stars from start to finish!! I could tell right away George knew his stuff and his professionalism was unmatched and I felt completely comfortable leaving him alone in our garage. I could also tell Dan the owner takes great pride in the training, safety and trust he has in his employees, well done Sir!! If you have any garage door needs I could not recommend Precision Garage Service more highly, great people, great service, fantastic job, super satisfied! Call them first, they are the best!!

Was having problems with my garage door opening/closing. Called on Saturday and was suggested I get a silicon lubricant. I applied to door but did not help.
