Was having problems with my garage door opening/closing. Called on Saturday and was suggested I get a silicon lubricant. I applied to door but did not help. On Tuesday I called and got an appointment for Wednesday. George came out and fixed the problem. He was prompt, professional and patient with my questions. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. There was no pressure to buy unnecessary items, but everything was fixed and brought back to a safe and reliable state in a very short time. George Ramey did an excellent job getting us out of a situation. We attempted to install a new opener ourselves only to learn the space was not adequate. George very quickly knew what to do and thanks to him the door is now operating perfectly and safely. His work is very clean, and all the wires are barely noticeable. We also got a very thorough inspection of the door and got new springs at a reasonable price. There are many contractors out there but having seen Precision's advertising in a mailed advertising booklet we decided to call them. George was out the same day which was a relief as the door was very heavy to open manually due to the worn-out springs. What I also liked about George is he didn't not try to sell us anything we didn't need. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Their pricing is competitive, and their service is super professional.

My service technician today was George Ramey. I reviewed the issue with my garage door with him when he arrived- it’s age, past service / maintenance, and options for repair or replacement. George performed an inspection of the door and provided his assessment and recommendations. I asked about the option of replacing the door and George described options and costs for replacement. Based on the info provided, I decided to replace the broken spring and replace the cables which were becoming worn vs replacing the door. George was efficient and competently repaired the door to working condition while keeping me informed on his progress. I was impressed with his knowledge, skills and customer focus- thanks George! Overall, Precision Garage Door handled my issue efficiently, kept me informed on scheduling, and executed their service seamlessly- really nice job.

Garage door wouldn't close or open using electronic opener. Tech came and diagnosed in about 20 seconds....when I had swept out the garage, a wire to the safety "eye" got disconnected. He reconnected and re-taped the wires. Though I made fun of myself for such an error, he was kind enough not to agree with me. In all, tech was pleasant and solved the problem in 15 minutes max.

My garage door opener stopped working. I call Precision Garage Door Service at 11am and had an appointment at 4pm the same day. George the Tech showed up and was extremely courteous and respectful. He took the time to go through the garage door assessment and explained how everything is supposed to work, Extremely knowledgeable!! I had purchased the wrong size opener for my door height but he had what was needed at a very reasonable price. I really liked the fact they texted a picture of George and a little clip about him so I knew who I was dealing with before he showed up, I also got an e mail from the owner of the company. The whole experience was 5 stars from start to finish!! I could tell right away George knew his stuff and his professionalism was unmatched and I felt completely comfortable leaving him alone in our garage. I could also tell Dan the owner takes great pride in the training, safety and trust he has in his employees, well done Sir!! If you have any garage door needs I could not recommend Precision Garage Service more highly, great people, great service, fantastic job, super satisfied! Call them first, they are the best!!
