I've used this company for garage doors before and I just had another one installed today where I just moved recently. They're always Johnny on the spot on time have all the equipment in the tools with them and the service man knows his stuff. Had a noisy garage door and lift. Damon from Precision showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as worn out rollers. He did a complete check of the system and replaced the all 10 rollers for just over $200. Door works great now and the difference the new rollers made is awesome. Nice work Damon!

I noticed the fantastic reviews and decided to schedule an appointment. Within a few days of scheduling, a technician (Damon) was out in my garage looking at the problem with our garage door opener. After an incredibly thorough discussion of our options with the technician, we decided to replace our 1993 opener, and the replacement was able to be installed extremely fast (under 2 hours). Afterwards, the technician went the extra mile to explain all of the new features, maintenance tips, and ensure we were satisfied. Damon was unbelievably nice, professional, and knowledgeable, and it was a fantastic experience overall.
