We were very pleased with Damon. He called to see if it was convenient for him to arrive a little before our scheduled appointment time. He also called when he arrived. Damon listened to our concerns about the door. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he thought the problem was and how he would fix it. He did fix the problem. He also adjusted the door to close more completely. Damon also checked the whole door. Damon was friendly and polite. He gets an A++ in our book.

Precision Garage Door Service performed a repair at our home on 1/20/2024. The technician, Timothy Kronenberger (and his assistant Steve) arrived on time (in fact, a bit early). Tim and Steve were both friendly and professional. They quickly performed a diagnosis, and provided an estimate within 15 minutes. A torsion spring had broken, and caused additional minor damage to other components and mechanisms. Upon approval, our garage door was repaired in less than 2 hours. After the repairs were completed, Tim reviewed what had been done, and demonstrated normal function of the garage door. He also shared some thoughts regarding the overall condition of the garage door itself, and some forward-looking thoughts regarding ongoing maintenance - very much appreciated. As has been the case over a long relationship with Precision (approaching 20 years), we believe we have consistently received superior service at a fair price – overall, we consider it an excellent value. Thank you.

My door spring broke on a Saturday, originally had service scheduled for Tuesday, but they were able to escalate my repair to Monday. The service tech Damon was very efficient and got the door up and running in about an hour. Great job.

Precision did a fantastic job! When I 1st called the process and initial fee was explained to me, an appointment was set in a timely manner and followed up with a confirmation and reminder notice.
