He gave us 2 options for the repair and we were able to choose the best one for the repair. he took extra time to developed a quote for replacing both garage doors at our request. Thanks to precision door on a Saturday they arrived and fixed our garage door spring that broke.There Tech Chuck Phillips was ver professional and completed the work in a timely manor. Chuck inspected out the whole door and seen the cables were bad and 1 roller was bad. We had him replace everything he noticed. Thanks again

First time using Precision.very They came out the next day we called for service. We were very pleased with Brian. He was very professional and friendly. Called Precision at 10:30 am on Saturday because I noticed 1 side of my garage door was not closing, leaving about a 1” space from door bottom to floor. Precision was here by 2:30. Technician, Chuck said it might be a frayed cable and after inspection the cable was definitely frayed and could have broken at any time. He replaced both cables and the door was perfect again. It only took him 1/2 hour to do the repair.

Brian was in the neighborhood and ws at our house within minutes. He safety checked 3 garage doors, lubricated all hinges and rollers and tightened a loose chain on one of the doors. Great guy. Definitely an asset to the company.
