I had an excellent experience with Precision. I was given an alert by text that my technician was on his way that included his picture and a short bio about him. He arrived on time and walked me through all the options I had with my repair. He was courteous and professional at all times. At the completion of the repair, he took the time to show me his work and answered all my questions. I will absolutely use this company again.

there are very few businesses that when I call them I know the job will be done 100% right. I have no worries or concerns when I call precision garage door. The technician showed up on time did an excellent job and I’m very appreciative of the service I get. if you branched out into plumbing and electrical services, I’d never need to call anybody else ever again to my house thank you

Several years ago one of the very old springs that lifted the garage door broke. I was panicked as my car was inside the garage and I had to leave for work that morning. I called Precision and they set up an appointment right away to replace the spring. I am now in the market for a new garage door and of course Precision is the 1st call I made.

Found your add in Clipper Magazine. My garage door was opening when I was not at home. Tim came out and took care of the issue. I could not have asked for a better technician to have come over. Had malfunctioning.garage door opener stopped working. The technician quickly assessed my situation made some adjustments and repaired my opener. Suggested a few updates to make operation smoother. When finances allow I'd like to get the same tech back. 85$ and I'm happy.
