I have always chosen Precision Door Garage Service based on their professionalism, expertise and cost. The old opener lasted 10 years and never had any issues until recently, hence the quality of their products is excellent. In addition, having the MyQ app and chat functions as options provide another layer of functionality, communication and accessibility that sets them apart. Very timely and quick responses. I couldn't be more pleased. The service tech was Damon Burke and he was on time, professional and friendly. He checked the door, made a few suggestions and answered a couple questions for me before he started working. Did i mention I was able to get an appointment the same day? My experience was very good. Conner was very knowledgeable about garage doors and gave me advise on routine maintenance. The parts used seemed to be good quality. When looking for a company to make my repair, the positive reviews were very helpful. I would definitely use Precision again.

Cori arrived at lunch time the same day I called for repair! Original time was 4-6 window but she called and asked if earlier would be ok for us. Very pleasant and informative as to what she was doing and why. Replaced both springs and pulleys in about an hour. Couldn't be happier with the work and the prompt service. Great job!!!

I was very happy with the first communication thru the chat, and pleased someone could come the same day to look at the issue. Cori was excellent! I showed her that the garage door opener was no longer attached to the door and the metal where it was attached was bent. She inspected the entire system and gave me three options to consider. After discussing further we determined the best course of action.

The whole experience from making the appointment to job completion was unbelievably easy, quick, seamless and very professional. The appointment was made online about 8:00 AM and the appointment was confirmed, a chat with customer service about special directions for the location, a message and email received when the technician was on his way and the job was completed all by 12:30 PM. All this on a Saturday morning!!! Reece Cramer, the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately inspected the situation to identify the problem, went over my options with me, provided me what the various cost would be and then went to work changing the springs on the double garage door. He checked the motor and all the adjustments and verified that the door was working properly before he cleaned everything up and let me know that the repair was completed. I would surely recommend the Precision Garage Door Service to my friends and family, or anyone in need of their services.

If I have a garage door issue, Precision Garage Door Service is the first and only call that I make. Our family has moved a few times within the area over the past 20 years and each house that we've lived in has had a garage door issue. You would think with new-builds, the garage doors would function properly for more than a couple of years...but that has not been the case. Nevertheless, other than being annoyed that yet another garage door has failed us too soon, I don't fret too much because I know we can trust Precision. This last issue, we had a call back almost immediately after we reached out online, and a service call the very next day. George, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You cannot go wrong with Precision! Trust me, I've had to use them three times :)

the service was wonderful! I was given a timeframe and he came Right on time. While backing out of the garage my passenger side Rear view mirror hit the metal bar that runs along the side of the door and bent it. I immediately called my daughter because she had used your service and was completely satisfied. The service technician was very friendly and explained what he was going to do to fix it. The problem was fixed in a short time and I was completely satisfied. Your company name and number is now in my personal phone book.
