Just when we were getting ready to put our home on the market, one of the garage doors wouldn't open--and my car was inside. It was easy to see the problem, but I wasn't sure how we would get it fixed or how soon that could happen. I called Precision and was able to get the door repaired that day. The technician, Timothy K., fixed the door, programmed openers so that they could open either door, and was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I highly recommend Precision for their excellent service, reasonable prices, and outstanding technicians.

He explained the various parts of the door, and have me a timeframe for how long each part typically needs to be replaced. I called Precision because they installed my garage door and opener many years ago, and I was very pleased with the speedy service. My garage door and opener has a lifetime written warranty, so when the opener died a few years ago, I called them again. The work was done the same day that I called. Very satisfied....when my keypad failed recently, I called again, they had someone out the next day. The keypad was replaced, and I purchased two new remotes; again the work was finished in a timely manner, the price was the same as what I was quoted on the phone. The technician did a great job, was friendly, and knew what he was doing. Would call again when needed. I refer my friends when they have issues with their garage doors. My neighbor just called to get a new garage door and opener installed...she also was happy with their service.
