When I came home recently, my garage door opener would not work from both a remote as well as the keypad outside. My house was locked, and I didn't have the key. I was desperate! I googled online and found Precision's information. I used t and he chat feature, as I was in a library for use of wifi. Technician Damon arrived quickly and was quite helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We tried the door again, and it worked! I noticed when I got in the house that clocks were blinking, so there must have been a power outage. Damon checked everything regarding the garage door opener. I was not charged for this call! I highly recommend this company.

My technician Cori Merkel was thorough and professional. Explained a number of things about my door opener etc. that I was not aware of. Showed me exactly what the issue with my door was. Fortunately it was not a major problem and she performed maintenance on the door as well. Advised me of potential problems that I may have with the door and provided quotes without high sales pressure. I have used Precision Door for a number of years and have always been happy with the service provided. I was able to get an appointment very quickly as well.

Found ad in Clipper Magazine. They were able to service that day which was great for my schedule. With winter coming, they replaced the cracked bottom rubber of my garage door. Damon, the service technician, did the replacement quickly and efficiently. The service fee and cost of materials used were reasonable and I would contact them again if I had any future service issues.

Aurilio was knowledgable about the product. Answered my questions respectfully. Installed the garage door , motor, remote, etc in a timely manner. Cleaned the area in which he worked and disposed of all the old parts. He took time to demonstrate how the new parts functioned and took time for me to do a return demonstration. Precision is the perfect name for this great company! My garage door install went perfectly - even during the winter months when my previous door gave up the ghost. I just had a technician come to check a click-noise - they came the very next day to assure it was not a mechanical issue and most likely caused by temperature change - the technician, Conner, was very instructive and applied a silicone-based lubricant - I am very satisfied with the choice I made to hire Precision Door for my garage door needs! This was the second time I've used this company...the excellent service we received on their first time out resulted in future request that they service our other garage door. They were easy to get an appointment with (in fact I was lucky enough to get a same-day one!), they're knowledgeable and thorough! I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a message for someone to get back to me on Monday. The phone was not only answered, but George came out and fixed my door that day! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. There was no pressure to buy unnecessary items, but everything was fixed and brought back to a safe and reliable state in a very short time. He showed me everything was completed that was agreed on initially and demonstrated the door was operating well. Dan my technician was friendly and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions and explained the problem I was having with my current garage door opener. He gave me 2 options for service. My original garage door opener was 24 years old so I opted for a new opener. I was surprised when he told me he had everything in his truck to install a new opener. The entire process took less than an hour and he explained how to use the new opener and the accessories. He also replaced the springs. He also took the old opener and all the debris for disposal. I highly recommend Precision for your grage door service!!

On a Saturday morning a cable snapped on our garage door opener. I couldn't remember who installed it and went on a search for a local company. After reading reviews I called to book an appointment and was thrilled to know that there were no extra fees for weekend appointments. The technician arrived on time, was quick and efficient, installed new cables and springs and put up with 2 loudly barking dogs while he worked! Great service!
