Precision installed our garage doors so we always call Precision. Our keypad needed reprogrammed. In addition we purchased four key fob openers that needed programmed with both doors. Joey was our technician and gave us exceptional service. He answered every question I had and showed me where the buttons on my liftmaster were located. He was pleasant and professional and highly knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and would request him to do any work I need in the future. He represents Precision well.

Brian was in the neighborhood and ws at our house within minutes. He safety checked 3 garage doors, lubricated all hinges and rollers and tightened a loose chain on one of the doors. Great guy. Definitely an asset to the company.

Thanks to precision door on a Saturday they arrived and fixed our garage door spring that broke.There Tech Chuck Phillips was ver professional and completed the work in a timely manor. Chuck inspected out the whole door and seen the cables were bad and 1 roller was bad. We had him replace everything he noticed. Thanks again
