I called Precision last night when I discovered springs had broken. I was able to get an appointment for today between 10-12. George called and texted that he was on his way and would be here in 35 minutes. Just about to the minute, he was here, assessed the situation and repaired the springs. George was very courteous and explained what he had done afterwards and even looked back in his records to refresh my memory as to dates of opener installation, etc. Good job George! And, Precision.

All I knew was one side of the garage door opener cables were disconnected. I called for an appointment and was able to get one quickly that suited my availability. The technician, Chuck Phillips, was able to let me know what was wrong and gave me several options. I chose replacement of all needed parts along with a lifetime warranty. Chuck was polite and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Rarely submit reviews but had to let anyone know who is considering using Precision; you won’t be disappointed. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within 72 hours. Their technician, Patrick; arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable and was able to replace our keypad quickly and also reviewed our garage door opener for any other issues. I highly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors and will keep his business card for any future service.
