Even though my garage door was sometimes malfunctioning, it wasn't allways (which I find mighty strange!) Naturally when Damon arrived the opener worked like a charm 8 times in a row. All we really needed was to get it working properly again, and Conner went the extra mile to notice that the safety cables were frayed and would need replaced, as they were a potentially dangerous. So unexpectedly the garage door slammed as I pushed the button to close the door, wasn't sure what was happening. Then I saw the broken cable. A friend told me of Precision immediately and I remember seeing the commercials. The service was easy to schedule online and Tim Kronenberger called to say he was on his way---actually earlier than expected which was great. He was friendly and efficient and surveyed and addressed the necessary repairs needed. We decided on new cables and springs on both sides of the door. The repair was done quickly and all works great. I was glad I used Precision.
