Wanted a checkup on garage door. Paperwork from previous owner indicated door was about 10 yrs old. Timothy let me know 10 minutes before arrival. Prompt and friendly. He inspected the door and suggested three options to keep it running smooth. I never felt any pressure. Which usually happens when service people deal with a woman. After deciding what to get done today, Timothy went to work. Took very little time and cleaned up any debris. My garage door sounds much better. I will use Precision Doors for future needs.

If you expect customer service from this company, I would suggest and recommend that bid from the other company that was Hundreds lower. I paid $750 OVER another bid because I thought this was an honest company. I thought wrong. Motor to open and close the door deid in a few years and getting someone to fix it is IMPOSSIBLE!

Our garage door would not open when pulled on. Tim was able to get it to open and thought it was due to the cold and freezing weather. It is a double car garage with a wooden door and very heavy. Precision had installed the new springs for the door in 2017 and we were very happy with the service then and also this time. Tim was very helpful. Thank you.

This company is great! Not only is their garage door the best and the quietest, but the people who work there are knowledgeable, experienced, polite and helpful. They answer their phone all hours of the day, including weekends. They schedule the job quickly and keep you informed when they will be there, the cost involved and a rapid receipt is generated. Once I was able to reach customer service and then was able to schedule an appointment with a technician, everything went smoothly. The technician contacted me for his arrival time, introduced himself to me via email so I knew who he was when he came to my house. The technician detected the problem immediately, and proceeded to explain the issue to me in language I could understand and then replaced the parts that were causing the door not to function properly. Excellent service once the appointment was scheduled and he arrived.

about 5 years ago i had two garage doors installed and this company did a wonderful job, last week 10.31.22 I had two of the rollers come off the track called precision and they were here 3 days later even though they are short handed, Damon was the tech and was very nice and fixed the problem in no time at all...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I will never go to another company.

I have always used the services of Precision and have usually been satisfied with not only the service but the employees..However I cannot comment on services because nothing has been done. Chuck looked at the door and said he had to get material from the warehouse…I have not heard anything. I am waiting for a repair date since 12/31/22…
