First time using Precision.very They came out the next day we called for service. We were very pleased with Brian. He was very professional and friendly. It did not take him very long to repair our garage door. Would recommend them for any garage problems. They were a little pricey but did a great job.

George, the technician dispatched to me took the time to explain what my issue was and what he was going to do to fix it and what he was NOT going to do and why. Did what was needed to fix the issue and did not try to up sell me on getting a new door. I would definitely call them again or recommend them.

Called Precision at 10:30 am on Saturday because I noticed 1 side of my garage door was not closing, leaving about a 1” space from door bottom to floor. Precision was here by 2:30. Technician, Chuck said it might be a frayed cable and after inspection the cable was definitely frayed and could have broken at any time. He replaced both cables and the door was perfect again. It only took him 1/2 hour to do the repair.

Connor Scott was here and we placed my garage door equipment. He did a great job. He alerted me that he was on his way and told me when he approximately would be at my home. He has great interpersonal skills, was very friendly, and explained to me what he was going to do. He was very efficient as well. I was very pleased with the work he performed. Connor replaced multiple items. I was not able to select more than one item from the list below, so I just selected cables.

My garage door opener stopped working. My technician Damon arrived on time, explained my options as to whether to fix or replace the opener. Because of the age of the opener I chose to replace it. Damon did a great job of installing the opener. When he was done he took his time to make sure I understood how the door worked and all the features new openers have. Overall, it was a great experience. I would certainly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.
