Had 2 garage door springs replaced, 1 broke and both were about 17 yrs. old, so replaced both. Damon arrived early and started to replace the springs and hardware; he seemed very knowledgeable and respectful. He wrote up the estimate and did not force me into any other products. Precision Garage Door service did a great job with our garage door repair. We received reminder texts and emails regarding the appt. The technician called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He arrived in a marked vehicle and explained options for our repair. The work was completed in a timely fashion. We were pleased with the service and would recommend them.

Our garage door malfunctioned 11:00 AM on a Saturday morning, made a call to Precision and they were there by 4:00 PM to perform the repair. The repair only took about an hour and the door works great again. I would highly recommend them to others!

Great service - was able to call and get immediate repair - service was very helpful when we learned I was originally years ago provided with the wrong instructions to reset the outdoor keypad and fix so it no longer wiggled - which it did for years.... Nice work Damon

He came out to render an estimate and was very, very good at explaining all the options and we will likely go with your company, due to his helpfulness and willingness to show us the many choices our project is subject to. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. We havent actually ordered yet, but your company is top of the list now...

Our remotes would not open the garage door. I called Precision around 4 pm on Tuesday and they set up an appointment for the next morning. The technician George came, evaluated and checked several things and concluded that the logic board could not communicate with the remotes. He was knowledgeable, polite, and explained what he found to be the problem. Thank you George. I have used Precision for over 15 years and have always been very happy with their work. Coming within 24 hours and fixing the problem on the spot is what makes them a reliable company.

I always use Precision because I trust them. The technician today showed me how to use silicone spray and where to use it on the garage door pulleys. Also installed a new keypad on the door and that also works great. I am happy. I had been struggling with the old key pad for a very long time. Great job.

Garage door spring broke on Thanksgiving day. I called Precision garage door the next day and they had a technician at my door in two hours with parts needed to make the repair on the spot. Precision was recommended to us by two neighbors who had used your services. While no one was available to make a house call on Wed. Nov. 24, we were pleased to know that we could have service by noon on Friday. The technician, Tim Kronenberger, called to say he was early (nice surprise)and asked if he could come to our house in 15 minutes. When he arrived, he was very polite and went right to work assessing our problem. He gave us the options for repair clearly and thoroughly and once we decided to go ahead and have a complete overhaul of the door, he completed the job promptly. All aspects of this visit were done as expected and professionally. The young man was knowledgeable and effective in his review of the situation and the subsequent corrective action. The door involved is a high usage door resulting in the spring breaking which was appropriately repaired.
