This was the second time I've used this company...the excellent service we received on their first time out resulted in future request that they service our other garage door. They were easy to get an appointment with (in fact I was lucky enough to get a same-day one!), they're knowledgeable and thorough! I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a message for someone to get back to me on Monday. The phone was not only answered, but George came out and fixed my door that day! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. There was no pressure to buy unnecessary items, but everything was fixed and brought back to a safe and reliable state in a very short time. He showed me everything was completed that was agreed on initially and demonstrated the door was operating well. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them for any garage door needs.

New bottom rubber sweeps on both garage doors. I bought doors from your company years ago for another house and was very pleased and now that I had a problem on my house I called again and am pleased again. Dan my technician was friendly and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions and explained the problem I was having with my current garage door opener. He gave me 2 options for service. My original garage door opener was 24 years old so I opted for a new opener. I was surprised when he told me he had everything in his truck to install a new opener. The entire process took less than an hour and he explained how to use the new opener and the accessories. He also replaced the springs. He also took the old opener and all the debris for disposal. I highly recommend Precision for your grage door service!!

On a Saturday morning a cable snapped on our garage door opener. I couldn't remember who installed it and went on a search for a local company. After reading reviews I called to book an appointment and was thrilled to know that there were no extra fees for weekend appointments. The technician arrived on time, was quick and efficient, installed new cables and springs and put up with 2 loudly barking dogs while he worked! Great service!

I was able to secure a same-day appointment for my garage door repair. I received an email confirmation and call from the technician when he was on the way. He was cordial and polite and fixed the door in no time. Pricing was well below competitors, and paying was easy with a card reader. The best customer service I've ever had. George Ramey did an excellent job getting us out of a situation. We attempted to install a new opener ourselves only to learn the space was not adequate. George very quickly knew what to do and thanks to him the door is now operating perfectly and safely. His work is very clean, and all the wires are barely noticeable. We also got a very thorough inspection of the door and got new springs at a reasonable price. There are many contractors out there but having seen Precision's advertising in a mailed advertising booklet we decided to call them. George was out the same day which was a relief as the door was very heavy to open manually due to the worn-out springs. What I also liked about George is he didn't not try to sell us anything we didn't need. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Their pricing is competitive, and their service is super professional.

I have used Precision Garage Door several times over the years for installation of new equipment, repairing old equipment and routine checkups. They have always been great. They are extremely timely (almost always same-day) and the service techs are always very polite and helpful. They listen to what I want, but will add their own suggestions when they have them (i.e., keep me from making a mistake). They give thorough inspections, but I never felt like they’d oversold any repairs needed. The price has always been very reasonable for the quality of the parts and work. I once check about replacing a bottom seal myself and found the part alone was almost as much as getting them to install it for me! I have nothing but good things to say. I wish all home repair companies were like Precision Doors.

We had used Precision on two previous occasions, so we did not hesitate to call them again. Our sensors became mis-aligned and it was difficult to be on the garage floor to solve the problem. Reece, representing Precision, came to our home the next day after we got in touch with them. He was able to correct the mis-alignment in minutes and then continued to lubricate the rollers and hinges and perform an inspection.
