Conner did a great job answering my questions and helping me understand my options. He was able to do a repair for me today and help educate me on longer term options for replacing my motor and lift system which will make the system quieter and more efficient. The estimate was provided, which was well under the cost that I had thought it would have been, and once I said okay, Reece went to work immediately. The entire process, including the repair, took less than an hour. Reece even handled the clean up so nothing additional that I needed to do. A++ service from not only Reece but the entire process of booking the appointment to the close of the service call. The cable and spring system on our garage door broke late on Sunday evening. I called and the receptionist was very nice and able to get me an appointment on Monday morning which was great! Several years ago one of the very old springs that lifted the garage door broke. I was panicked as my car was inside the garage and I had to leave for work that morning.
