This is the second time I have used Precision to fix my garage doors. Both experiences were EXCELLENT! I was very lucky to have Damon Burke on both of my service calls. He does a fantastic job explaining what he needs to do and quickly completes the job! I can highly recommend his service! I am familiar with your company, so I chose to use you. I was very pleased with the work done!! Brian Pellegrino was wonderful! He was cordial, and explained what needed to be done. He replaced the old mechanism, replaced parts, and added an outside keypad. I am very pleased with the new part, which gave an easy and quiet movement of the garage door. I will gladly recommend your company :)

Cori did a wonderful job with both the estimate and the install of two new garage door openers. She provided us with choices regarding pricing and features and was able to schedule us very quickly for the install, despite freezing temperatures and snow. I appreciated the in-person estimate. We called a few other companies and they were only wiling to give estimates over the phone despite the fact I had a few questions regarding our original doors and repairs we needed on the door seals.

FANTASTIC experience. Called Precision with a problem and they were out the following work day. My technician's name was Marcus, couldn't have been more professional. He provided an estimate of cost to fix the problem. When I asked if I could set-up an appointment to have the work done, he stated that he could do it while he here. Unbelievable !! Problem fixed. My garage door was installed in 2010. The broken spring was the first major problem I've had with my garage door. When Brian arrived to repair the door he did a complete inspection of the problem then explained what he would need to do to fix the problem. He got the parts he needed went to work ,and completed the job before I knew it. Very professional experience.

Precision emergency service was excellent. Precision was able to fit me into their schedule based on our emergency situation. Precision called and texted leading up to my scheduled appointment. The Precision service advisor (George Ramey) arrived on-time, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our garage door was fixed with little downtime.
