I found Precision in a flyer and decided to give them a try for my garage door repair. I have to say the whole experience was wonderful. I had a response time within 24 hours. I had a phone call to say they were coming and what time to be expected. my service representative was Reece And I have to say he was polite, kept me informed and explained everything that he was going to do and things that I might need in the future. Precision technician, Reece Cramer, arrived promptly on schedule. Prior to arriving, he called me to inform me when he would be arriving. He was very courteous, personable and professional. He identified the problem and the solution immediately. The garage door was making a lot of noise when it was going up and down. Reece recommended that replace the plastic rolls with nylon rollers. It was a great recommendation; the garage door is so much quieter now. Reece did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service.

On Friday night we didn’t realize our garage door didn’t open all the way and we backed into it! Called Precision and they sent Conner out on Saturday. He looked things over told me what was wrong and not only fixed it but made things better! I pointed to the other door and asked if he could make that one “better.” Conner worked up an estimate and got things done in a couple of hours.

He was able to do a repair for me today and help educate me on longer term options for replacing my motor and lift system which will make the system quieter and more efficient.
