My technician Tim, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had my door fixed within about a half hour. The service visit and parts were under warranty, so the visit cost me nothing. I have only had four visits from Precision over the past 25 years. The first two were to replace the original manufacturer hardware for one door, then the other. The other two visits were warranty calls over 20 years. I do not see the Precision techs that often, but when I do, they are friendly, thorough, and eager to educate me about the service they are performing.
Thank you, Tim, for being a valued Precision Garage Door customer and for taking the time to give us your five star review. I'm glad to hear our techs are always friendly, thorough and eager to educate you on the service they are performing.
