What an awesome experience. We needed to have our Door key pad replaced. The appt was scheduled for Saturday, and the rep contacted to advise that they had an opening today. Cori is excellent she let me know exactly when should could be here and kept me informed of her arrival time a day early which was excellent. She was also super informative, not only did she complete the service and repair, she provide additional information about he door system that will be very helpful..... Highly recommend.

My technician Tim, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had my door fixed within about a half hour. The service visit and parts were under warranty, so the visit cost me nothing. I have only had four visits from Precision over the past 25 years. The first two were to replace the original manufacturer hardware for one door, then the other. The other two visits were warranty calls over 20 years. I do not see the Precision techs that often, but when I do, they are friendly, thorough, and eager to educate me about the service they are performing.
